We are looking for a battle-tested Senior backend Engineer. This is a 100% Hands-on role for someone who thrives in complex Production environments. We need a professional who understands the stakes of high-traffic systems, Real-Time crashes, and massive scale.
If your experience is mostly based on tutorials, demos, or UI -centric roles-this position is not for you.
The Role:
Develop and maintain mission-critical backend systems using.NET / C #.
Design and architect high-load APIs built for maximum resilience.
Take full ownership of system Stability, Performance, Scaling, and Security.
Work directly with production-grade infrastructure and databases.
Drive high-level technological decisions and stand behind their execution.
Requirements: Requirements:
5-7+ years of proven, hands-on backend development experience.
Deep expertise in.NET / C # within a Production environment.
Hands-on experience with: SQL server, MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
Proven track record of managing and troubleshooting live, high-stakes production systems.
Experience with Cloud/VPS providers (at least one): AWS, DigitalOcean, UpCloud, or Vultr.
