We are expanding our R&D team and looking for a Control & Algorithm engineer to develop next-generation precision motion and control technologies. Responsibilities
* Develop motion control algorithms for Real-Time high-precision systems
* Design and implement control models using MATLAB/Simulink (major part of the work)
* Develop and maintain control algorithms for new and existing products
* Work on fire control, stabilization, tracking, and line-of-sight systems
* Participate in system integration, debugging, and performance tuning on real systems
* Support laboratory and field testing, including on-site experiments when required
* Analyze TEST results and implement algorithmic and system improvements
* Work closely with multidisciplinary teams (software, mechanical, electrical, and systems)

Smart Shooter is seeking a highly skilled Computer Vision & Image Processing Engineer to join our innovative team in developing cutting-edge technology solutions. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement cutting-edge image processing and computer vision algorithms. You will work on complex, real-world visual tasks, taking algorithms from theoretical concepts to production-grade deployment on cutting-edge systems.

Key Responsibilities
* Research, design, and develop innovative computer vision and image processing algorithms.
* Implement and train Deep Learning models tailored for challenging visual tasks.
* Optimize algorithms and write scalable, clean, and efficient production code.
* Collaborate closely with hardware, software, and systems engineering teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
