We are seeking an experienced and driven Affiliate Manager to lead and grow our affiliate marketing program. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with deep hands-on experience in affiliate partnerships, a passion for performance marketing, and an ability to build strong relationships. Responsibilities
Own and manage eTeachers affiliate marketing program end-to-end.
Recruit, onboard, and activate new affiliate partners globally.
Nurture and grow relationships with existing affiliates to maximise performance.
Monitor, analyse, and optimise affiliate performance across KPIs (traffic, conversion, ROI).
Collaborate with creative, product, and growth teams to deliver assets, promotions, and messaging tailored to affiliate needs.
Stay on top of affiliate marketing trends and competitor programs.
Identify and pursue partnership opportunities within Jewish organizations and/or Christian evangelical communities.
Ensure compliance with brand and performance standards.

Requirements: 5+ years of experience as an Affiliate Manager or in a similar partnership-driven role.
Proven track record of successfully managing affiliate programs in a global B2C environment.
Strong understanding of online marketing, user acquisition funnels, and performance metrics.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Full professional proficiency in English spoken and written.
Strong analytical mindset and familiarity with tracking and affiliate platforms (e.g., HasOffers, Impact, CJ).
Experience working with Jewish organizations and/or Christian evangelical communities is a strong advantage.
Self-starter with high motivation, attention to detail, and ability to work cross-functionally.
