As a Camera Software Automation Developer you will be at the forefront of developing and validating cutting-edge camera systems for autonomous driving and advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS). You will lead efforts in automated image quality testing, algorithm validation, and sensor integration, working closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure optimal performance across all camera platforms.
What will your job look like?
Design and implement automated camera workflows leveraging vendor-provided APIs and drivers
Validate camera integration requirements and ensure compliance with supplier specifications
Perform functional and image quality testing, including setup, calibration, and use of image quality test equipment
Build supporting tools for camera testing (initialization, exposure control, data recording)
Document development plans, test criteria, and results for internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to optimize and transfer automated test solutions
Develop automation tools integrating 3rd-party image quality software and cloud-based data services
Support technology development through tools for data modification and injection into driving clips
Assist in debugging and resolving camera driver issues.

You will be part of our company's REM (Road Experience Management) department which is responsible for the automatic High Definition map-making process, which is a key technology in our company's autonomous driving and high-end Driving Assistance systems. This process involves running advanced algorithmic code in a massively parallel way, utilizing Big Data technologies, and as such is a complex system that requires a deep understanding of our map creation process as well as advanced technical abilities. You will be part of our algorithmic teams, being a key team member and owner of development processes.

Write clean, modular, and maintainable code in Python to implement algorithms efficiently.
Design and optimize data structures to support algorithmic solutions, ensuring scalability and performance.
Work closely with cross-functional teams.

Contribute to the design and architecture of software systems, ensuring that algorithmic components integrate seamlessly.
