Portfolio Program Management
Lead company-wide project portfolio management, ensuring prioritization aligns with strategic objectives.
Consolidate and maintain portfolio dashboards, KPIs, and executive-level visibility.
Monitor cross-functional dependencies and proactively identify portfolio-level risks. Capacity Efficiency Management
Manage cross-functional resource capacity planning across R D and supporting teams.
Improve team efficiency through workload balancing, process optimization and utilization tracking.
Provide capacity visibility to leadership to support project prioritization and staffing decisions. Gate Governance Management
Own and manage the product development gate process across all R D programs.
Prepare gate review materials and ensure deliverable readiness before decision forums.
Track gate approvals, action items, deviations, and decision logs
Requirements: Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering Management (strong advantage), Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of experience in PMO / portfolio management / R D project management.
Proven experience managing global project timelines and cross-functional delivery.
Experience with product development gate processes in a technology/medical device environment advantage.
Strong budget management and analytical skills.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Monday.com, Jira, Smartsheet).
Strong communication skills and stakeholder management.
Fluent English verbal and written.
