Full technical architectural leadership in Salesforce environments for Enterprise customers. The role focuses on building complex technological architectures, designing and implementing multi-system integrations, planning platform-level security, creating scalability models, and having direct ownership of DevOps and CI/CD processes within Salesforce environments. The emphasis is on Hands-on Technical Architecture – code-level solutions, integrations, and infrastructure. Responsibilities • Planning and leading end-to-end technical architecture in Salesforce environments for Enterprise organizations • Defining architectural principles, design patterns, and governance for Salesforce development and implementation • Designing and implementing multi-system integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware, ESB, iPaaS) • Designing complex data models, including documentation, handling large data volumes, and ensuring system performance • Ownership of the platform’s security model (Profiles, Permission Sets, Shield, Encryption, Data Governance) • Leading and implementing DevOps & CI/CD processes (Pipeline, Branching strategy, Deployment automation, Release management) • Performing code & design reviews, defining engineering standards, and best practices for Salesforce development • Hands-on work in Apex, LWC, Triggers, Batch/Async, and Integration Services when required • Close collaboration with customer-side teams • Analyzing complex incidents (Production Incidents), performing Root Cause Analysis, and leading technical hardening of the system
Requirements: • At least 4 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, Integrations) • At least 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect • Proven experience in designing and implementing complex integrations between Salesforce and core enterprise systems (ERP, Billing, Data Platforms) • Deep understanding of data models, performance, limits, and scalability in the Salesforce platform • Practical experience in building DevOps and CI/CD processes for Salesforce (tools such as Git, Azure DevOps / GitLab / GitHub, Copado, Gearset, or similar) • In-depth familiarity with Salesforce security mechanisms and implementation of permissions and compliance policies at the organizational level • Experience working directly with Enterprise customers in multi-integration, high-usage systems • Proven ability to lead complex technical decisions, guide development teams, and serve as a technical authority • High-level English — reading, writing, and presenting technical solutions
