Our Procurement Department is looking for a Strategic Buyer to join our Global Operations Division.
The Procurement Department plays a central role in sourcing and procuring goods and services that support the companys business activities and overall spend. Our mission includes building and maintaining strong supplier relationships, ensuring optimal value, and managing all relevant documentation and processes in an accurate and efficient manner.
As part of the Procurement team, you will be responsible for managing purchasing activities, including agreement negotiations, delivery management, and end-to-end purchasing process control, while maintaining a high level of collaboration and strong interpersonal relationships with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities
What will you be doing:
Manage sourcing, negotiations, contracts, deliveries, and strategic supplier performance
Define procurement and sourcing policies; serve as the interface between suppliers and internal stakeholders regarding specifications and budgets
Identify cost-effective solutions while exploring new business opportunities
Take full ownership of agreement drafting, execution, and management across various domains (HR, Finance, Software, Facilities)
Review, evaluate, and approve specifications and requirements for issuing and awarding bids through the RFQ process
Manage strategic supplier relationships, including commercial aspects, R&D collaboration, and deliveries
Lead and manage cross-functional project teams
Initiate and implement new operational processes and work methods
Actively participate in strategic initiatives aimed at driving cost reduction
Evaluate markets and sources of supply across the assigned product/service portfolio
Ensure all relevant records are accurately maintained, managed, and reported in accordance with required procedures.
Requirements: B.A. in Economics / Business administration
M.A in Business/Commercial/ Industrial engineering- Advantage
6-Up years of experience in similar position - Must
High level of negotiation knowledge and skills - Must
High level of English, both written and spoken - Must
ERP handling
