* Manage and lead the procurement & Site support teams.
* Define and lead the companys direct materials (BOM) procurement strategy, aligned with operational, financial and supply continuity objectives.
* Lead, develop and oversee the procurement team, including strategic sourcing, supplier management, workload planning, priority setting, performance management and professional growth supporting systems builds, spare parts and treatment kits.
* Establish sourcing strategies for key commodities and critical suppliers to ensure supply continuity, cost competitiveness and risks mitigations.
* Lead daily procurement activities execution, including issuing purchase orders, confirmations, expediting and maintaining accurate master data in the ERP system.
* Develop and implement supplier risk management strategies to ensure supply resilience and business continuity
* Build and manage strategic supplier partnerships, including supplier segmentation, performance management and longterm agreements.
* Drive supplier performance improvement initiatives for example: OTD, quality, lead time and cost optimization.
* Lead sourcing support for R&D, engineering and NPI projects, ensuring procurement readiness, supplier alignment and risk identification including suppliers transitions (supplier-to-supplier or make-to-buy), ensuring seamless operational execution.
* Drive cost reduction initiatives and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) improvements across the supply base.
* Lead suppliers commercial negotiations and suppliers contract management.
* Ensure procurement governance, policies, compliance and best practices across procurement processes.
* Implement best practices in procurement process and suppliers management. Promote continuous improvement through enhanced procurement processes, visibility tools, dashboards and compliance requirements.
* Manage procurement budget planning and support cost control and cash flow objectives in collaboration with Finance.
* Lead strategic supplier reviews with key and critical suppliers.
* Lead indirect procurement activities for the Israeli site, mainly facilities infrastructure, R&D support, services and operational equipment.
* Lead and manage Israeli site facility and real estate, oversee the efficient management, maintenance, and operation of the Haifa and Kiryat Ono site facilities, ensuring a safe, compliant, and cost-effective environment that supports business operations. Coordinate with legal, finance, and the management for real estate transactions
* Act as Operations staff member.
Requirements: * B.Sc. in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain management or equivalent.
* 15+ years of procurement experience in global manufacturing organizations.
* 8+ years of leadership experience managing procurement teams.
* 5+ years of experience managing procurement teams in global manufacturing OEMs
* Proven experience managing strategic sourcing and global supplier relationships.
* Strong commercial negotiation and contract management capabilities.
* Experience leading cost reduction and TCO initiatives.
* Strong analytical skills and experience working with ERP systems.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills in English.
