What Youll Be Doing:

Advise on and help maintain large-scale computational and AI infrastructure, including monitoring, logging, and workload orchestration (Kubernetes and Linux job schedulers).

Provide consultative guidance and perform hands-on troubleshooting across the full stack-from bare metal and operating system, through the software stack, container platform, networking, and storage.

Assess customer environments and recommend optimized, production-ready Kubernetes-based container platforms integrated with enterprise-grade networking and storage solutions.

Serve as a key technical resource: develop, refine, and document standard methodologies and operational guidelines to be shared with internal teams and customer stakeholders.

Support Development activities and engage in POCs/POVs to validate new features, architectures, and upgrade approaches.

Create and deliver high-quality documentation, including runbooks, onboarding materials, and best-practice guides for customers and internal teams.

Act as the technical leader for assigned customer accounts, providing strategic guidance on DevOps and platform architecture and influencing long-term infrastructure and operations decisions.

Key Responsibilities
Architect the AI Transformation Framework
Design and own the end-to-end architecture that enables the companys AI Transformation vision - spanning data, models, pipelines, APIs, and governance layers.
Define blueprints and integration standards to embed AI and automation throughout the SDLC, from ideation to delivery.
Build Generative AI Platforms and Central Services
Lead the design and implementation of the AI Enablement Platform and central AI services powering transformation initiatives such as Agentic Workflows and the Knowledge Hub.
Create scalable, secure, and modular AI components that can be leveraged across product lines and engineering domains.
Partner with infrastructure, platform, and security teams to operationalize LLM-based services, retrieval systems, and agentic automation flows.
Drive Strategic Transformation Projects
Lead cross-functional initiatives that deliver tangible operational and business impact - improving speed, quality, and cost-efficiency across the product organization.
Develop strong business cases and ROI frameworks to prioritize and communicate transformation value at the executive level.
Translate successful outcomes into reusable playbooks and AI cookbooks that scale across teams, roles, and product domains.
Technical Leadership and Enablement
Act as the senior technical authority and coach for AI transformation initiatives, guiding teams through architecture reviews, proofs of concept, and scale-up phases.
Mentor internal architects and tech leads to develop AI-native architectural competencies.

Collaborate closely with software developers, architects, product managers, DevOps/SRE, and NVIS field teams to successfully implement reliable and scalable solutions.

Contribute to engineering guidelines, including code quality, testing, CI/CD, observability, documentation, security, and production support.

We are looking for a Senior Enterprise Architect - Core Payments Processing to join our Architecture team. Reporting to the VP of Architecture, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering the architecture of next-generation payment processing platforms.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and guiding the implementation of highly scalable, resilient, and secure transaction-processing systems supporting global payment operations.
