Connect is a Node CLI and a signed tray app for macOS, Windows and Linux. It points a developer's AI coding tools at our gateway by writing each vendor's own config, signs them in, keeps their credentials fresh, and repairs itself when something drifts. For IT, it ships the artifacts they need to roll it out across a fleet.

It's real, it's shipping, and customers are using it. You'd own it.

03What you'll do
Own Connect. The CLI, the tray app, updates, docs, and what ships next.
Write into other apps' config without breaking them. Back up what you touch, roll back cleanly, and never leave someone's setup worse than you found it.
Keep up with vendors. Config shapes change under us. Check before writing, and fall back to a manual path instead of guessing.
Stay clear of antivirus. Persistence and credential helpers are exactly what EDR watches for. Measure what actually trips a scanner instead of assuming.
Ship for managed fleets. Profiles, policy, credential helpers, and silent rollout. That's what an admin needs to push this to a few hundred laptops at once.
Make it debuggable from far away. Health checks, repair commands, and diagnostics that carry metadata only. Never prompts, never keys.

We are looking for a Data Products Engineer to take full ownership of our internal product suite - the full-stack applications, AI agent tools, and automation pipelines that power teams across the entire company every day. You will step into an established ecosystem and take the reins. Your mission is to maintain, evolve, and build the next generation of these internal tools so every department can move faster and make smarter, data-driven decisions.

Reporting directly to the VP of CS & Data, this is a high-autonomy, tech-lead role. You wont just write code; you will make architectural decisions, solve complex domain challenges with smart software, and shape how the entire company interacts with data.

How will your day-to-day look?
Own the Internal Product Suite: Lead the development of our core full-stack applications. You will build and scale the central platforms and dashboards that give Product, CS, Sales, and executive leadership visibility into product usage, account health, business performance and more.
Advance the Internal AI Layer: Design, deploy, and refine custom agentic AI workflows - enabling teams across the organization to query complex B2B and product data naturally and conversationally.
Engineer Smart Automations: Architect workflow automations and custom APIs that pipe downstream data directly into the operational tools our teams use every day.
Bridge Data and Software: Partner seamlessly with Data Ops and Data Analysts to transform raw data models into highly usable, intuitive user interfaces and automated actions.
Run the Infrastructure: Own the end-to-end DevOps lifecycle for our internal applications, managing deployment, containerization, observability, and CI/CD pipelines.
Drive Technical Strategy: Act as the technical anchor for internal tools. You will translate high-level product and business challenges from company leaders into shipped, reliable software.

We are looking for a proactive and skilled Software Infrastructure Developer with a strong Agentic AI focus to join our team. In this role, you will design and build the infrastructure, tooling, and AI-powered automation that keep our engineering systems reliable, scalable, and intelligent.

You will be responsible for embedding GenAI and agentic capabilities into our internal developer platforms and CI/CD workflows - creating frameworks, libraries, and multi-agent systems that accelerate automation, improve system stability, and unlock new levels of engineering productivity. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives at the intersection of infrastructure engineering and applied AI.

The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise in Python (FastAPI) and/or TypeScript, Kubernetes, CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions), containerization, and cloud infrastructure - combined with hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications, agents, MCP servers, and RAG pipelines.

What you'll be doing:
AI Platform Development: Design and build internal AI platforms, reusable SDKs, libraries, tools, and MCP servers for agentic applications.
Agentic Workflow Development: Develop single- and multi-agent workflows covering planning, tool selection, delegation, state and memory management, execution, retries, fallbacks, error recovery, and human-in-the-loop approval.
AI-Powered Infrastructure & CI/CD: Integrate AI capabilities into Kubernetes infrastructure and Jenkins/GitHub Actions pipelines to improve development, testing, deployment, and operational workflows.
AI Observability & Evaluation: Implement agent tracing, prompt and tool-call logging, latency and error monitoring, token and cost tracking, regression testing, and failure analysis.
AI Security & Governance: Apply guardrails, access controls, auditability, and governance practices to ensure agents operate safely and reliably.
End-to-End Platform Ownership: Own AI platform capabilities from architecture through production and build reusable solutions that accelerate adoption across engineering teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering and business teams to identify high-impact AI opportunities and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
AI Research & Innovation: Evaluate emerging AI frameworks, models, and cloud technologies and promote their adoption where they provide measurable value.

We're looking for our first Forward Deployed Engineer. You'll sit directly with our customers' engineering teams and get their workloads- from the first scoping conversation to a production endpoint carrying real traffic, at a cost and latency profile they couldn't hit anywhere else.
This is an engineering role. You will write code every day, in customer repos and in ours. It also carries pieces of solutions architecture, product management, and pre-sales, and you should want that mix rather than tolerate it. Ambiguous business goals come in; observable, benchmarked, production services go out.
As the founding FDE you also define the function: what a POC looks like, what we promise and measure, which patterns get productized, and how the field feeds the roadmap. The next FDEs will work from what you build here.
What You'll Do
Own customer outcomes end to end: problem framing, evaluation design, migration, deployment, benchmarking, monitoring. You're the technical owner from first call through expansion.
Win the POC: turn a vague objective into a tight spec and a working proof of concept fast, with explicit quality, latency, throughput, and cost-per-token targets - and hit them.
Tune serverless inference for real workloads: model and engine selection, batching strategy, KV cache behavior, speculative decoding, quantization, parallelism, cold-start and autoscaling behavior under bursty traffic. Diagnose regressions down to the inference engine.
Migrate workloads: move customers off OpenAI-compatible APIs, self-managed vLLM, SageMaker, or their own GPU fleets - and prove out the quality and cost delta with numbers.
Guide model strategy: advise on open-weight model selection, distillation, and fine-tuning for specific tasks; help customers get from a general-purpose frontier model to a smaller, faster, cheaper one that holds quality.
Close the product loop: bring the field back into the roadmap - write the PRDs, land the PRs, and turn one-off customer work into platform features.
Be the technical anchor in the room: support sales on complex evaluations, run technical onboarding, earn trust with staff engineers and CTOs.
