Lead the SW Backend Team, responsible for scaling robotic operations, fleet management, and performance analytics.
Drive architectural decisions around scalability, reliability, performance, and observability.
Work closely with AI, simulation and parallel software teams to ensure cohesive development across the company.

Requirements: 2+ years of experience leading backend or platform teams, including ownership of roadmaps and cross-team collaboration.
5+ years of hands-on backend software development experience, building production-grade systems at scale.
Strong experience designing and maintaining distributed systems, robust APIs, and data-driven services.
Deep proficiency in Python and a strong working knowledge of TypeScript.
Extensive hands-on experience designing and managing both SQL and NoSQL databases. Specific experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB and Redis is highly preferred.
Advantages:
Solid experience designing and implementing asynchronous communication using message brokers and event streaming platforms (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka).
Hands-on experience implementing logging, monitoring, and alerting systems (e.g., Elastic Stack / ELK, Prometheus, Grafana) to ensure the reliability and health of complex, distributed architectures.
Experience deploying, scaling, and managing applications on cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
Hands-on experience with popular web frameworks like NestJS, Django, or FastAPI.
Basic working knowledge of modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, NextJS) to occasionally build or maintain internal dashboards and tools.
