What Youll Do

Cross-Functional Partnership
Act as the glue in the "Decisioning Triangle," partnering with Business owners, ML Leads and Engineer Leads to operationalize underwriting policies, while taking into account the trade-offs between approval rates, loss, revenue, and customer experience. Partner and balance competing requirements from various business owners (Heads of Card, BNPL, etc.) as well as Compliance, Legal, and Operations to ensure high-quality execution and regulatory integrity.

Hands-On Program Management
Act as an owner for key initiatives, driving the full product lifecycle from discovery and definition through launch, iteration, and performance monitoring. Use data and experimentation to inform decisions and continuously improve outcomes. Identify and remove bottlenecks in the underwriting flow to drive toward high-automation and speed-to-market.

We are seeking an Associate Director of Credit Underwriting & Operations to build and lead the credit function at Mesh. In this role, you will shape the future of corporate payments through data-driven insights, strong controls, and automation, and set the credit strategy for a diverse base of B2B customers, including global enterprises and publicly traded companies.
You will own the credit portfolio and credit outcomes end-to-end and manage Meshs partnership with its warehouse bank. This role requires deep credit expertise, fluency with data, and the ability to independently lead complex, cross-functional initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional partners and C-level leadership, with the opportunity to influence strategy at the highest levels.
What Youll Do:
Build and lead Meshs credit function, owning the credit portfolio end-to-end, including setting and adjusting credit limits, monitoring trends, and driving proactive portfolio actions
Manage the partnership with Meshs warehouse bank, serving as the primary point of contact for portfolio reporting, diligence, and ongoing facility requirements

We're looking for a Senior Car Insurance Pricing Expert to help shape how we price risk across our global business, from our Tel Aviv office.
This isn't a traditional actuarial role. You'll sit at the intersection of Insurance, Data Science, Product, Engineering, and Business Strategy on our Insurance team, owning hard pricing and risk-management problems end to end. That means finding opportunities, designing better approaches, building scalable tools with technical teams, and turning insights into decisions that move growth, profitability, and risk selection forward.
You might be a trained actuary, a pricing leader, a decision scientist, or a technically strong insurance operator who's built serious pricing capabilities. Formal credentials are a plus, but they're not the point. Lead end-to-end solution delivery for Agentic Commerce deployments, from scoping through go-live.
