What you'll be doing:

Compose, build, and productionize agentic AI solutions, tools, and applications for the NVIS delivery organization.

Develop LLM-based agents, skills, tool-calling workflows, orchestration logic, backend services, APIs, data pipelines, and automation features as part of NVIS Central.

Translate field, delivery, operations, and product needs into clear technical builds, agent workflows, and working software.

Develop agents that can reason across project data, knowledge bases, operational systems, logs, reports, and delivery workflows.

Build workflows that help NVIS teams identify risks, summarize project status, automate repetitive tasks, improve readiness visibility, and simplify handoffs.

Work with timely engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, context management, agent memory, function calling, evaluations, and guardrails to build reliable AI systems.

Integrate LLMs and agents with internal systems, project data sources, knowledge repositories, reporting tools, and operational workflows.

Collaborate closely with software developers, architects, product managers, DevOps/SRE, and NVIS field teams to successfully implement reliable and scalable solutions.

Contribute to engineering guidelines, including code quality, testing, CI/CD, observability, documentation, security, and production support.

Guide the evolution of data-intensive applications and platform capabilities across data access, query and application frameworks, streaming, storage, reliability, scalability, and security.
Drive incremental modernization of existing systems - including migrations, simplification, and architectural improvements - without compromising customer reliability or delivery momentum.
Build foundations that enable product teams to access and operate on data safely and efficiently, including permission-aware access to sensitive HR data.
Ensure the platform is ready for trusted analytics and AI use cases through robust data contracts, governance, observability, lineage, and secure access patterns.
Identify systemic technical risks, architectural gaps, and recurring friction - and turn them into durable capabilities rather than one-off solutions.
Mentor engineers and raise the bar for technical thinking, system design, and execution across the group.

Key Responsibilities
Architect the AI Transformation Framework
Design and own the end-to-end architecture that enables the companys AI Transformation vision - spanning data, models, pipelines, APIs, and governance layers.
Define blueprints and integration standards to embed AI and automation throughout the SDLC, from ideation to delivery.
Build Generative AI Platforms and Central Services
Lead the design and implementation of the AI Enablement Platform and central AI services powering transformation initiatives such as Agentic Workflows and the Knowledge Hub.
Create scalable, secure, and modular AI components that can be leveraged across product lines and engineering domains.
Partner with infrastructure, platform, and security teams to operationalize LLM-based services, retrieval systems, and agentic automation flows.
Drive Strategic Transformation Projects
Lead cross-functional initiatives that deliver tangible operational and business impact - improving speed, quality, and cost-efficiency across the product organization.
Develop strong business cases and ROI frameworks to prioritize and communicate transformation value at the executive level.

Technical Leadership and Enablement
Act as the senior technical authority and coach for AI transformation initiatives, guiding teams through architecture reviews, proofs of concept, and scale-up phases.
Mentor internal architects and tech leads to develop AI-native architectural competencies.

We are looking for a Technical Solution Architect to join our Solutions team. In this role, you will work closely with customers, Sales Engineers, Product, and Engineering to deliver successful Proofs of Concept (POCs) and solve complex technical challenges.
