About the Role

We are looking for an experienced full-stack team lead to join our R&D organization, lead the design and development of large-scale, data-oriented applications.
In this role, you will manage a talented team of full-stack engineers while remaining hands-on and technically involved in building our core SaaS security platform.

Key Responsibilities

Required Experienced Full Stack Engineer
As a Fullstack Engineer on the Demand R&D team in our Tel Aviv office, youll play a vital role in building our flagship recommendation products, from the backend services that decide which recommendations to serve to the ad formats and widgets that render them on publisher pages for billions of users.
Youll build features end-to-end across the stack, develop innovative ad formats and high-scale backend services, and use big data and performance metrics to make engineering decisions that impact users, publishers, advertisers, and business performance.
How youll make an impact:
Build features end-to-end: design and develop backend services alongside the client-side code that consumes them, and own them through testing, deployment, monitoring and maintenance
Work on our recommendations ad formats serving and user experience - the backbone of the companys products, standing at the intersection of end-users, publishers and advertisers
Develop and maintain a variety of new & innovative ad formats that reach billions of users and are used by thousands of advertisers (carousel, app install, video ads and many more)
Develop high-scale backend services that serve billions of requests a day, with real emphasis on performance, resilience and observability
Make professional decisions based on big data and performance metrics of billions of users, while putting emphasis on business & page performance KPIs
Build AI agents, skills and workflows that multiply the teams capabilities - automated code reviews, data analysis, production anomaly investigation, feature validation and debugging
Collaborate with the Product, Data and UX teams throughout the company to iterate on the design and implementation of our product

A strong sense of system design is a big plus for this particular team in the Technology department.
Responsibilities:

* Design, build, and ship production backend and FullStack features for OurCrowd's investment platform using Node.js and microservices
* Build and deploy AI agents and LLM-powered tools used in production across the company, from prototype to rollout
* Architect and maintain scalable microservices, integrating SQL and NoSQL data stores as needed
* Design agentic workflows and orchestration pipelines, using low-code tools (e.g. n8n, Make) alongside custom services where appropriate
* Own features end to end: design, estimation, implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring
* Partner with product, data, and engineering teams to turn business and investor needs into technical solutions
* Evaluate emerging LLM frameworks and AI tooling to keep our stack current and production-ready
* Write clean, well-tested code and participate in code reviews to uphold team quality standards
* Troubleshoot issues across the stack, balancing delivery speed with the reliability a capital platform demands

We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer to play a key role in building and optimizing our in-house Video Management System (VMS) and the cutting-edge video player it powers, serving both B2B and B2C products. As part of a dedicated and passionate team, you'll build scalable backend services and high-performance frontend experiences that drive video delivery, user engagement, and monetization - working across the whole stack, from the APIs and tooling behind the scenes to the playback experience users see.
