Your Impact
Lead and orchestrate enterprise-wide deployment of highly complex and ambiguous programs, focusing heavily on core platform capabilities, architectural dependencies, and shared services.

Own the overarching communication strategy for your program space. Author and deliver transparent, insightful, and concise status reporting, tailored appropriately for engineering teams up to executive-level stakeholders.
Cultivate a collaborative work environment by proactively driving efforts to resolve key project conflicts, establishing clear resolution paths, and alignment across disparate teams.
Understand the complex systems within your program space, including their limitations, scaling factors, boundary conditions, and the underlying reasoning behind major architectural decisions.

We are looking for a hands-on Software Team Lead to manage and scale engineering organization in Israel. This role is responsible for the success, growth, and effectiveness of the engineering team while ensuring strong alignment with Product and business priorities. The team already consists of experienced engineers, established products, and a mature technology stack. Technical Leadership
Provide technical guidance across architecture, system design, and engineering best practices.
Participate in major architectural discussions and technical decision-making processes.
Support engineers through design reviews, code reviews, technical mentoring, and problem-solving.

Cross-Functional Leadership

The Staff TPM for Managed Intelligence connects model engineering, IaaS, product, and data center operations to deliver a reliable, scalable inference platform. You will own end-to-end program delivery across multi-quarter roadmaps, model onboarding, inference optimization, and production readiness for new model versions. Deep familiarity with the model layer -- including how LLMs are served, optimized, and evaluated in production -- is essential to being effective in this role.
What You'll Be Working On:
End-to-end program delivery: Own multi-quarter release planning, dependency governance, and executive communication across the Managed Inference platform.
Complex, high-risk program management: Drive model version rollouts, inference optimization campaigns, SLA readiness for new GPU hardware, and multi-tenant capacity planning from kickoff through delivery.
Cross-functional alignment: Coordinate across Model Engineering, IaaS, Cloud Foundations, Data Center Operations, and external model providers to keep programs on track and unblocked.
Proactive risk identification: Surface risks across model serving, reliability, capacity constraints, and vendor timelines before they become program-level problems.

As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will own the end-to-end delivery of GPU clusters and other critical IT infrastructure components that power next-generation AI workloads. We are seeking an experienced R&D Project and Release Manager to drive cross-functional execution across its multidisciplinary development organization.

Reporting to the VP of R&D, the role will work with all R&D teams and closely with Product, Program Management, and Operations.

Responsibilities - what youll be doing:
Drive sprint and release execution across R&D teams.
Translate product priorities and program commitments into integrated development plans.
Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and blockers, and drive their resolution.
Coordinate release scope, integration, verification, readiness, and delivery.

● Own P0/P1 bugs & strategic delivery: Single-threaded ownership of timelines, dependencies, and risks for strategic initiatives; run a fast-track protocol for P0/P1 issues (intake → triage SLAs → assignment → fix/verification → stakeholder updates)

We are looking to hire a Senior Product Manager, reporting to the CPO, to execute on the product roadmap and innovation. Youll take high-level direction, a market constraint, a we need to own this workflow end to end, and turn it into a specification precise enough to build against, then carry it from definition through deployment.

What youll do

Translate company roadmap into deliverable requirements (PRDs): user stories, states, edge cases, data contracts, acceptance criteria, success metrics
Work closely alongside software engineers to align on technical specifications, feature requests, and workflow optimizations
Own the full delivery cycle: discovery, definition, design partnership, sprint execution, QA, launch, adoption
Design for genuinely different personas with conflicting needs: underwriters and analysts who live in the product all day, deal flow partners who touch it a few times per deal, borrowers who see it once, and credit stakeholders who need to trust its output
Work directly with analysts and underwriters to understand the real workflow, including the parts that happen outside the system
Define where automation ends and human judgment begins, and make those checkpoints legible in the UI
Apply strong analytical skills to establish clear KPIs, ensuring product deliverables generate measurable business impact rather than just task completion.
