On your day-to-day, you will-
Take Product design ownership overall platform areas (Dashboard, Studio, Editor, and mobile app)
Collaborate closely with the product, engineering, and design teams in order to define, design, and deliver intuitive UI/UX solutions.
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, high-end designs and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
Working with usability testing and data analysis in order to reach Intelligent UX solutions.

technologies and exploring their healthcare aptitude. To be successful in this role, you should be able to identify
user needs and work cross-functionally to design the user experience as well as the user interface. Ultimately,

Conduct a full cycle of product design processes from user research, ideation, concept, wire frames, visual design
Build and maintain a design system to allow efficiency and alignment

Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to understand user needs, define solutions, and deliver outstanding user experiences.
Create wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and pixel-perfect interfaces using modern design tools.
Establish and maintain consistent design patterns and contribute to the evolution of the product design system.
Work closely with development teams throughout implementation to ensure design quality and a seamless user experience.
Advocate for user-centered design principles across the product development lifecycle.

This includes applying advanced UX principles, A/B testing insights, and mobile-first design thinking to maximize lead generation and conversion rates.
Design and deliver a high volume of digital static ads weekly for various performance marketing channels, ensuring brand consistency, compelling visuals, and campaign effectiveness.
Provide creative design support to the video team, especially for motion graphics and animated assets, helping conceptualize and develop visually compelling elements for video content.
Uphold and evolve Navan's brand identity across all digital touchpoints, ensuring visual consistency and elevating our brand perception.
Leverage market research and stay current with AI trends and design best practices to bring innovative ideas and concepts to life.
Create mockups and prototypes in Figma to visualize design ideas, facilitate feedback, and ensure optimal user experience.

What Youll Be Working On

Performance Creative: Conceptualizing and independently executing high-converting, data-backed ads for Meta, Google, and other acquisition channels.
Brand Evolution: Lead the development, maintenance, and execution of brand identity assets, guidelines, and design systems.
Strategic Partnerships Design: Collaborating closely with the Growth team to iterate on designs based on performance data, A/B testing, and user insights.
Collaborative Campaigns: Work with the video creators to design and produce the core video creative ads that define our performance marketing campaigns.
