We are looking for a Product Manager to shape the future of business travel through Book with AI. You will own the product across Hotels, Rental Cars, and Rail, while serving as the day-to-day product lead for the team and making complex bookings feel as natural, trustworthy, and seamless as working with an expert travel agent.
We are looking for a Product Manager to own the Book with AI product end to end across Hotels, Rental Cars, and Rail. Your mission is to make booking complex business travel feel as natural as working with an expert travel agent - while making sure the agent is accurate, policy-aware, transparent, and reliable enough for real transactions.
This is a highly cross-functional, hands-on role. Youll lead day-to-day execution across the entire traveler journey - from the initial request through search, comparison, booking, post-booking support, and recovery when things go wrong, partnering closely with engineering, design, applied AI/ML, data, travel domain experts, operations, and other product teams.
Youll shape the conversational and user-interface experiences that power Book with AI, helping travelers express their needs, evaluate trade-offs, make confident decisions, and complete bookings with less effort. Youll stay close to the customer experience by reviewing real conversations, leading bug bashes, interpreting evaluation results, identifying patterns in user feedback, and ensuring the team remains focused on the highest-impact opportunities.

What You'll Do:
Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for Book with AI across Hotels, Rental Cars, and Rail.
Own the full Book with AI journey: intent understanding, search, ranking and recommendations, policy and personalization, comparison, contract, checkout, booking, and post-booking support.
Define a coherent cross-LOB experience for users who want to plan and book multiple parts of a trip, including clear sequencing, handoffs, and expectations.
Improve the product's key outcomes, including successful booking completion, conversion, time to book, user effort, CSAT, trust, and repeat usage.
Lead experimentation across conversational flows, recommendations, search and booking surfaces, using clear hypotheses and measurable success criteria.

Drive cross-functional impact. PMs don't hand off and wait. You work across engineering, design, marketing, sales, and CS throughout the full product cycle, accountable for picking the right problem, the solution built, and whether the launch lands.
Build for agents and developers. We are the context and action layer for both. Shape your domain so agents can act on it reliably and developers can navigate it intuitively. Understand the tradeoffs in how data, APIs, and interfaces serve both. Separate the signal from the hype, and use that view to sharpen your roadmap.
Measure what matters. Define success metrics before you ship. Track adoption, analyze what's landing, and iterate until the outcome is real.

our company's product does the work a SecOps engineer does: it investigates coverage gaps against live enterprise security data, authors and tests detection logic, and tunes noisy alerting. That means product decisions here are SecOps engineering decisions, and they need someone who has actually done the job. You'll join our company's product team and own the detection engineering surface of the product - what good coverage analysis looks like, what correct detection content looks like, what a security team should be able to trust the product to do on its own. we are defining a category around Security Operations Resilience, and the fastest way to get that right is to be genuinely credible with the SecOps engineers we're building for.
What you'll be doing
Drive the detection product domain: Bring deep expertise in SecOps engineering across SIEM, data pipelines, and SOAR, and help the product team define where the product should excel. Develop a strong understanding of the day-to-day work of SecOps engineers and the challenges they face.
Turn expertise into product insight: Conduct deep, hands-on research across real security environments, SecOps engineering practices, data, and tooling. Combine customer feedback with your own experience and the knowledge of the broader team to identify meaningful problems, opportunities, and product directions.
Shape and execute the roadmap: Translate product insights into a focused roadmap aligned with company strategy and customer needs. Partner with the product and engineering teams to prioritize initiatives, make tradeoffs, define outcomes, and drive execution from discovery through delivery.

We're looking for a Product Manager to own the operational efficiency aspect of the platform end to end. This is both a strategy and an execution role: you'll decide what execution responsibilities the product would expand to and be in the details with engineering and design shipping it. The hard part isn't building a workflow - it's knowing which work a customer will genuinely hand to an agent, and what has to be true before they will.
What You'll Do:
Define human and agent interaction models: Shape how users collaborate with AI agents, from user initiated queries and agent driven outreach to seamless side by side execution.
Lead agentic ticket resolution and IAM automation: Own the end to end product strategy for identity tasks, including provisioning and deprovisioning, entitlement changes, plus joiner, mover, and leaver workflows.
Own the agentic execution layer: Spec the core product rails for executing actions in customer environments, including human approval flows, risk controls, and confidence building mechanisms.
