Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies for high volume manufacturing of SoC products, including troubleshooting, ATE test coverage optimization, DPPM reduction, test cost reduction, power and performance assurance, and product data integration and correlation between system, ATE, and SLT.
Drive interactions with wafer fab and OSATs, own and drive checkpoints for key quality metrics.
Drive volume ramp and mass production through test program releases, volume data analytics, lot disposition, extended test time reduction, yield improvement, and RMA handling.
Support setup and maintenance of test, diagnosis, and yield analysis infrastructure, including Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) support.
Collaborate with cross functional teams across the globe including ATE and SLT Test Engineering, Quality and Reliability (Q&R), Packaging, Supplier Management and Operations to build, deploy, and maintain a high volume manufacturing screening solution.

We are seeking a highly driven, hands-on Operations Production Engineer to join our Operations & Manufacturing team. In this role, you will serve as the primary operational link to our Contract Manufacturers (CMs), drive the end-to-end NPI handoff process into steady-state production, manage legacy product lines, and streamline the production-side RMA pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:
Contract Manufacturer (CM) Management & Line Ownership:
CM Operations & Execution: Drive day-to-day operational and technical alignment with external CMs to ensure high build execution, product yield, and strict adherence to quality and schedule targets.
Manufacturing Bottlenecks: Identify and resolve yield drops, component shortages/substitutions, or assembly issues directly with vendor engineering teams.
ECO/ECN Release: Oversee engineering change implementation across active production runs at the CM, maintaining clear configuration control.
NPI Composition Handoff & Legacy Product Support:
NPI to Production Handoff: Lead the operational composition and transfer of new product introductions (NPI) from R&D into scalable volume manufacturing at the CM level.
Legacy Product Management: Maintain operational health, sustaining engineering, and end-of-life (EOL) management for legacy product lines to ensure ongoing delivery stability.
Process Documentation: Define standard operating procedures (SOPs), assembly routing, build packages, and work instructions for incoming product variants.
Production RMA Process:
RMA Pipeline Management: Take ownership of the production side of the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process, ensuring rapid triage, dispositioning, and turnaround times.
Feedback Loop: Feed critical quality, design, and manufacturing insights back to R&D and Quality teams to drive design-for-manufacturability (DFM) improvements.
Continuous Improvement:
Yield & Efficiency Optimization: Track key operational metrics (First Pass Yield, Scrap, Cycle Time) and implement engineering fixes to minimize waste and reduce lead times.
Tooling & Fixturing: Coordinate with suppliers to design, validate, or upgrade assembly fixtures, jigs, and test setups.

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Product Owner & Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with development teams to define new features, contribute to functional requirement documentation (FRD), and ensure seamless UX design and implementation.
A core part of this role is maintaining close alignment with customers. You will actively engage with customers, gather feedback, understand real-world use cases, and translate their needs into clear product requirements. You will work closely with Support and QA to ensure our testing strategy and supportability reflect actual customer environments and workflows.
Beyond core development, you will assist in critical escalations, manage complex or high-visibility installations, and develop tools that enhance the overall user experience. You will leverage telemetry data, production insights, and direct customer feedback to continuously refine and improve our products, ensuring they deliver measurable value in real-world deployments.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to define, refine, and prioritize features that directly address real customer needs and business impact.
Translate customer requirements and field insights into clear, structured Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), while actively contributing to UX discussions to ensure intuitive and seamless user experiences.
Work closely with QA and Support to align testing strategies and troubleshooting workflows with real-world customer environments, ensuring reliability, operability, and supportability at scale.
Serve as a technical and product focal point during critical customer escalations and high-visibility deployments, ensuring timely resolution and long-term improvements
Develop tools and scripts to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
Leverage telemetry, usage analytics, and direct customer feedback to drive data-informed decisions and continuously improve product performance and adoption.
Proactively identify risks, gaps, and cross-team dependencies, removing roadblocks to ensure successful delivery and measurable customer outcomes.

As a Senior Technical Product Engineer, you will be a key bridge between the product and the field, ensuring our product meets customer needs and that customers maximize its value. You will act as the product expert for customers and field agents, managing technical engagements from pre-sales to post-sales. Your role involves designing integrations and translating customer requirements into scalable product capabilities, ultimately shaping the future of our offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, partners, and customers to drive innovation and ensure secure, scalable adoption of AES solution.
Lead complex, cross-functional projects that shape the product roadmap and align with field-driven priorities.
Design and oversee customer POVs, deployments and integrations (APIs, workflows, security controls) and identify new integration opportunities.
Provide actionable feedback to Product Managers to influence development in areas such as cloud posture, workload protection, and identity management.
Design and deliver automation content, playbooks, and lead enablement initiatives across partners, sellers, and customer facustomer-facingcing roles.
Advocate for best practices in securing modern application architectures using automation, contextual risk insights, and risk driven policies.
