Responsibilities:
Perform bring-up, debugging, validation, and repair of electronic boards for advanced electro-optical systems.

Perform board-level modifications, rework, repairs, and validation according to engineering requirements.
Work closely with hardware design engineers to investigate failures, improve designs, and resolve technical issues.
Support PCB manufacturers and assembly partners throughout production, troubleshooting, and quality processes.
Execute and support environmental testing of electronic boards and electro-optical systems.
Collaborate with mechanical engineers on system integration, thermal considerations, cable routing, and assembly optimization.
Develop, document, and perform calibration procedures for electro-optical systems.
Document test results, failure analysis, corrective actions, and engineering activities.
Support continuous improvement of laboratory processes, production readiness, and engineering workflows.

we are looking for an experienced Senior Hardware Board Design Engineer to join our R&D team in Kfar Saba.
This is a hands-on technical leadership role covering the complete hardware development lifecycle-from system architecture and board design through prototype bring-up, validation, and transfer to production.
What will you do?
Lead electronic board development for power and motion control applications, from initial concept through design release
Define hardware architecture, create schematics, select components, and lead design reviews
Own and manage the BOM, including cost-performance optimization, second sourcing, component substitutions, availability, and lifecycle analysis
Work closely with PCB layout engineers to define stack-up, routing rules, power and signal constraints, EMC/EMI requirements, and DFM considerations
Prepare and support prototype PCB and PCBA manufacturing, including documentation, fabrication files, supplier coordination, and build readiness
Perform board bring-up, laboratory debugging, hardware validation, and functional testing
Define and execute hardware verification and validation plans
Support firmware engineers during hardware and software integration
Incorporate DFM and DFT requirements, test points, and panelization considerations into the design
Support prototype, sample, and pilot production with subcontractors
Support the integration of electronic boards into mechanical housings and complete systems, including connectors, harnesses, and thermal constraints
Prepare and maintain production-ready technical documentation, including schematics, BOMs, and design notes

we are looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer - EO Systems.
You will guide and mentor our electrical technicians and manage subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery. The role requires deep experience working with EO system electronics, including board-level definitions, mixed-signal design, high speed cameras pipeline, and complex system integration. Your leadership will directly impact on the reliability, performance, and operational capabilities of our tactical EO products.

The Configuration Control Engineer is responsible for managing configuration control and product build processes within the PLM system. This role involves documenting products throughout their lifecycle, collaborating with R&D, marketing, manufacturing, and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee configuration control and product release in the PLM system.
Document products throughout their lifecycle, working closely with R&D, marketing, manufacturing, logistics, QA and subcontractors.
NPI- Support products from development through to mass production.
Integrate manufacturability and testability considerations (DFM, DFA, DFT, DFC) during design reviews.
Provide technical support related to PCB topics.
Oversee First Article production and feedback for corrections.
Define manufacturing processes, prepare instructions, assembly drawings, and related documentation (Manufacturing procedures, Fabrication flow, PRR, etc.).
Manage engineering change processes in PLM-ORACLE.
Collaborate with various company departments and interfaces.
Build manufacturing files and support subcontractors (including supporting production line issues).
Optimize production lines and improve engineering processes using new technologies, cost reduction, and time-saving initiatives.
Write procedures and ECR/ECN documents

Perform validation tests at product board and system levels, to ensure compliance with specifications, standards and customer requirements.

We are seeking a Mechanical Assembly Technician to join our R&D Department

Job Description:

Perform precision mechanical assembly of company products, including ruggedization of electronic boards for military and commercial applications.

Assemble rugged military computer systems.

Work according to product documentation, including process travelers and related production paperwork.

Read and understand assembly drawings.

Prepare coating and bonding drawings for electronic boards.

Ability to improvise and build fixtures for laboratory equipment - an advantage.

Provide hands-on support to R&D engineers in the lab and during product development activities.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supplier Quality Engineer to join our Quality team to be responsible for ensuring supplier compliance with quality requirements, driving continuous improvement initiatives, managing supplier performance, and supporting IQC department.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualify, develop, and monitor suppliers to ensure compliance with company quality standards.
Conduct supplier audits (process, system, and product audits).
Lead supplier corrective and preventive action (SCAR/CAPA) activities using structured problem-solving methodologies.
Analyze supplier quality performance using KPIs and implement improvement plans.
Support supplier selection, qualification, and approval processes.
Review and approve supplier documentation, including PPAP, FAI, control plans, PFMEA, and process flow diagrams.
Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, and R&D teams to resolve supplier quality issues.
Travel to supplier sites as required.
