Lead the teams work on core software systems that sit at the intersection of algorithms and engineering, owning their design and implementation as part of the overall solution.

Stay deeply hands-on in design and implementation, contributing code and solving complex software engineering problems where impact is highest.

This is a AI Software Engineer role within AI Engineering group, focused on building and scaling the infrastructure behind advanced AI solutions in computer vision and NLP for medical imaging. The role combines hands-on software development, technical leadership, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to transform AI innovation into scalable, high-impact products.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop and lead SW development of infrastructure for innovative AI algorithms for computer vision and NLP in the context of medical imaging.

The Data Group builds and maintains the core data assets that power our products, from our Company and Contact databases to our Connect and Recommendation systems. The Data Tech Lead sits at the forefront of that mission, leading engineering innovation that directly shapes the experience of our growing user base and drives the evolution of intelligent data services.

This role is based in Tel Aviv. We work in a hybrid model, with 3 days a week in the office.

Your impact and responsibilities:

Leading the design and development of scalable, high-performance data workflows, including both batch pipelines and real-time data products.
Defining, implementing, and enforcing engineering best practices related to code quality, testing, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and documentation.
Mentoring, supporting, and growing a team of data engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance engineering culture.
Identifying opportunities to create new data assets and features that expand product capabilities and value proposition.

Your team's core mission will be to translate AI/ML insights into seamless, scalable features that drive efficiency in recruiter workflows-specifically through resurfacing past applicants, prospects, and internal talent. You will own the entire development lifecycle for your products, from core API implementation to deploying user-facing applications and integration layers (web UIs, RPA/workflows, MS Teams bots)
