In this role, you will develop large-scale video ads that will be key in expanding growth. You will have full ownership of the creative process end-to-end from ideation, through production down to the final product and publication. We are looking for an independent, hands-on, proactive, creative thinker passionate about well-executed exceptional ideas that show our products, tell our stories, and drive sales.

This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you will blend cutting-edge AI video tools with classic visual storytelling to scale global presence.
What You'll Do:
Generate & Direct AI Content: Utilize advanced generative AI tools (Sora, Runway, Pika, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion) to produce high-concept video assets, cinematic ads, and social content.
Edit & Polish: Combine AI-generated visuals with traditional video editing, color grading, motion graphics, and sound design to output production-ready video assets.
Iterate for Performance: Work closely with the Growth team to produce high-converting ad creatives, testing different visual hooks, narratives, and formats for paid channels.
Build Visual Lore: Shape visual identity across video, creating consistent AI avatars, aesthetic themes, and memorable visual language.
Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously experiment with emerging generative video and audio tools to keep at the forefront of AI content creation.
