This role requires 3 days a week in-office with the technology team based out of our Tel Aviv office. Fluent English and Hebrew required: English for direct communication with manager who is non Hebrew-speaking, and Hebrew for in person team discussions.
A strong sense of system design is a big plus for this particular team in the Technology department.
Responsibilities:

* Design, build, and ship production backend and FullStack features for OurCrowd's investment platform using Node.js and microservices
* Build and deploy AI agents and LLM-powered tools used in production across the company, from prototype to rollout
* Architect and maintain scalable microservices, integrating SQL and NoSQL data stores as needed
* Design agentic workflows and orchestration pipelines, using low-code tools (e.g. n8n, Make) alongside custom services where appropriate
* Own features end to end: design, estimation, implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring
* Partner with product, data, and engineering teams to turn business and investor needs into technical solutions
* Evaluate emerging LLM frameworks and AI tooling to keep our stack current and production-ready
* Write clean, well-tested code and participate in code reviews to uphold team quality standards
* Troubleshoot issues across the stack, balancing delivery speed with the reliability a capital platform demands
* Help shape architecture, tooling, and best practices as the team scales its use of agentic AI

We are looking for a Senior II Software Engineer to join the CX Platform team, the foundational engineering team powering our entire Customer Experience group. This is a high-impact, hands-on role at the intersection of backend engineering, AI infrastructure, and customer-facing product.

You'll work across the full platform stack (backend services, data pipelines, security, cost, and scale) with a meaningful and growing focus on AI infrastructure. We own the agentic platform for the entire Product Offering group: from building the LLM infrastructure and agentic workflows to ensuring they're reliable, observable, and safe in production.

What you'll be doing:
Own AI infrastructure for the Product Offering group. Design, build, and evolve the shared AI platform (agentic workflows, LLM integrations, observability, and guardrails) that CX product teams build on.
Ship agentic features end to end. Lead development of AI-driven capabilities using LangChain, LangFuse, and AWS Bedrock, from architecture through production deployment and monitoring.
Drive platform architecture. Set the technical direction for the CX backend (services, data pipelines, API patterns) with an eye for scalability, reliability, and developer experience.
Own core data foundations. Design resilient data-access patterns across Snowflake, Elasticsearch, Kafka, Redis, and MySQL; keep pipelines fast, fresh, and reliable.
Mentor and elevate. Help engineers across the CX group grow in backend craft, AI engineering, and system design thinking.
Collaborate cross-functionally. Work with product, design, and customer-facing teams to turn ambiguous problems into well-scoped, high-quality solutions.

We are looking for a Senior Engineer II to join our Data Products team.

We're looking for a Senior Engineer II to join the team as a technical anchor: a team player with the range to drive architecture and the willingness to be hands-on in execution.

What you'll be doing:
Design, build, and operate Flink-based streaming pipelines at production scale, the real-time processing systems at the core of our internal workflows
Own data quality and observability infrastructure: schema contracts, freshness monitoring, ownership registries, and the alerting systems that catch problems before they affect downstream processes
Build and evolve the knowledge base tooling that makes institutional context queryable for agents and engineers
Drive data integrity work: design systems that recover reliably from failure and make the underlying platform trustworthy by default.

We are looking for a Staff Engineer to join our Core Engineering group. The group is responsible for the real-time, low-latency infrastructure that powers our fraud decisions and external APIs.

In this role, youll work on core backend components such as our decision engine, ingestion and enrichment pipelines, schema management systems, and self-serve API platform. The software you build will power critical business decisions and directly serve some of the worlds largest merchants.

Your mission is to maintain, evolve, and build the next generation of these internal tools so every department can move faster and make smarter, data-driven decisions.
Reporting directly to the VP of CS & Data, this is a high-autonomy, tech-lead role. You wont just write code; you will make architectural decisions, solve complex domain challenges with smart software, and shape how the entire company interacts with data.
How will your day-to-day look?
Own the Internal Product Suite: Lead the development of our core full-stack applications. You will build and scale the central platforms and dashboards that give Product, CS, Sales, and executive leadership visibility into product usage, account health, business performance and more.
Advance the Internal AI Layer: Design, deploy, and refine custom agentic AI workflows - enabling teams across the organization to query complex B2B and product data naturally and conversationally.

We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to build and scale the data foundation behind platform and products. You will own complex data end-to-end - from ingestion and transformation through modeling, quality, observability, and production delivery.
This is a hands-on senior IC role for a strong builder who can solve difficult data problems independently, set a high technical bar, and collaborate closely with engineering, DS, and product. You will turn large, fragmented datasets into reliable, reusable capabilities that power every product.
Responsibilities
Build and own scalable data pipelines- Design, implement, and operate robust pipelines for high-volume structured and unstructured data, with validation, monitoring, lineage, and recovery built in.
Scale the platform for growth- A key near-term initiative is re-architecting the system to support a significantly larger customer base. You will own performance and cost-efficiency across pipelines and services, keeping reliability and operating costs under control as the platform scales.
Build across the stack- This is not a pipelines-only role. You will also write backend services and some frontend, including the internal backoffice the team runs on. We hire builders, not narrow specialists.
Own the core data tables- Own schema design and evolution, data contracts, and the modeling standards the team follows - naming, shared dimensions, normalization, documentation. Be accountable when a table is wrong, late, or drifting.
Level up the teams data work- Pair with and advise software engineers and data scientists on Spark, SQL, and modeling, and help turn notebook-grade code into production-grade pipelines.

The focus of this role is to build and scale the infrastructure that powers autonomous AI agents automating complex enterprise workflows. Work closely with AI/ML engineers, product, and the founding team to make sure infrastructure decisions support fast iteration and production-grade reliability.
