Requirements:
You hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent.
10+ years of Oracle Database expertise, including administration, production support, and performance optimization of business-critical Oracle environments running on both Windows Server and Linux operating systems.
Extensive experience managing large-scale Oracle databases (10TB+ to 100TB+), with deep expertise in sharding, partitioning, horizontal scaling techniques, and scalable database architecture design.
Strong expertise in Oracle backup, recovery, and high-availability solutions, including RMAN, Point-in-Time Recovery (PITR), disaster recovery planning, and resilient database operations for mission-critical systems.
Advanced database performance engineering skills, including data modeling, indexing strategies, query optimization, execution plan analysis, AWR report interpretation, capacity planning, memory management, and workload tuning.
Proven experience developing, maintaining, and supporting enterprise-scale database platforms, utilizing Python or similar scripting languages to automate operations, improve reliability, and enhance operational efficiency.
Demonstrated technical leadership and collaboration skills, with experience driving projects end-to-end, leading incident management and root cause analysis, contributing to architecture and infrastructure planning, supporting CI/CD practices, and partnering effectively with global engineering and business stakeholders.
Preferred requirements:
Experience with Oracle patching and upgrade processes, including planning, testing and deployment of PSU/CPU patches.
Familiarity with ElasticSearch or NoSQL technologies, Linux operating systems, Oracle AWR in cloud environments, Agile development methodologies and practical use of AI tools to support development productivity, troubleshooting, observability and maintenance activities.
System-level background or experience developing enterprise solutions, as well as experience in an international organization or medical devices environment

Professional requirements: At least 3 years of experience in SQL server development. Experience developing stored procedures, functions, and views. Experience developing data conversion processes. Experience developing processes and interfaces using SSIS. Experience with integration between systems and databases. Experience creating and maintaining indexes. Familiarity and understanding of business processes. Ability to independently perform unit testing as a sanity check for developed programs. Experience working with AI tools - significant advantage. Ability to read and understand complex specification documents. Personality requirements: Strong self-learning ability. Ability to work independently. Ability to write clean, readable, and well-structured code. Organized and careful development approach, including documentation, versioning, and best practices. Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team. Willingness to work in a challenging and demanding environment.

Hands-on experience with DBA failover, security, optimization, backup etc.
Self-managed, can work as a single DBA in the organization.
Experience with a scripting language - Python, Bash.
Issue resolution abilities and good analysis to root cause detection.
Mandatory -- good English, both written and spoken.

Advantage
Hands-on experience with DB design, testing and maintenance.
Developed in C++, specifically calling mysql from it.
Financial background: FIX protocol, FX trading.
Experience with Jira, SVN, Jenkins.

* 2+ years of experience in a BI Developer role
* Strong experience with SQL, ETL/ELT processes, data modeling, and Data Warehouse (DWH) methodologies
* Strong Python development skills for data workflows
* AI-first mindset - actively applies AI tools and thinking to engineering work
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive end-to-end projects independently
* Hands-on experience with Snowflake, including pipeline development, data transformation, dbt, GitHub, and cost optimization
* Familiarity with BI tools and the BI development ecosystem (e.g. Qlik Sense, Tableau, Power BI)
* Experience working alongside BI developers or in a hybrid Data Engineering / BI role
* Experience with enterprise systems such as Salesforce or Priority ERP
* Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Codex to accelerate development and automation Skills & Competencies

Requirements:
0-3 years of experience in Priority development – mandatory
* Strong knowledge of SQL and understanding of database structures
* Familiarity with business and organizational processes, such as manufacturing, inventory management, procurement, marketing

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Requirements:
3+ years experience with database systems (PostgreSQL, Oracle preferred)
Proficiency in Linux/Unix, system architecture, Bash, and Python
