We are looking for a highly capable and experienced Deep Learning Researcher to lead and develop advanced deep learning solutions for metrology challenges within our CTO group.
Responsibilities
What you will be doing:
Lead feasibility studies and proof-of-concept investigations for advanced deep learning solutions addressing complex metrology challenges.
Design, develop, and evaluate deep learning infrastructure for early-stage metrology technologies.
Propose and drive new deep learning directions, research ideas, and innovative approaches in collaboration with the CTO group.
Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to translate research concepts into practical metrology solutions.
Stay up to date with state-of-the-art deep learning methods and apply them to novel semiconductor metrology problems.
Requirements: M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
+4 years of hands-on experience in Data Science.
Strong experience with advanced deep learning algorithms and infrastructure.
High proficiency in Python with excellent coding skills.
High level of motivation and ability to work independently.
Strong collaboration skills and a proven team player.
