Required Product Manager - AI Platform
About the role:
We've taken a platform-first, builder mindset from day one, developing the modular building blocks we call pillars. Our users are exceptional engineers who continuously build creative and unexpected solutions with our platform. Being a PM here means embracing that creative tension while staying relentlessly focused on where the platform needs to go next.
As a PM, you'll own a pillar end-to-end alongside your team of engineers and designers. You'll build and evolve it as a standalone value stream and as a connected part of the broader platform. PMs are full picture owners: they shape the story of their pillar from market positioning to technical enablement, defining success not just by what gets shipped, but by the measurable impact it delivers.
What you'll do:
Define what to build and why. Go deep with customers, analyze usage data, and research the competitive landscape. Bring that view to your team, build a sharp perspective on what's worth building next, and communicate the reasoning to engineering, leadership, and the market.
Shape experiences engineers choose to use. Our developer experience spans the entire ecosystem across the UI, API, CLI, and daily chat and coding interfaces. Work closely with design and engineering to make each surface deliberate, from the first wireframe through launch.
Drive cross-functional impact. PMs don't hand off and wait. You work across engineering, design, marketing, sales, and CS throughout the full product cycle, accountable for picking the right problem, the solution built, and whether the launch lands.
Build for agents and developers. We are the context and action layer for both. Shape your domain so agents can act on it reliably and developers can navigate it intuitively. Understand the tradeoffs in how data, APIs, and interfaces serve both. Separate the signal from the hype, and use that view to sharpen your roadmap.
Measure what matters. Define success metrics before you ship. Track adoption, analyze what's landing, and iterate until the outcome is real.
Requirements:
4+ years in product management across at least two companies or roles, with a track record of shipping products that developers or technical users rely on.
Shipped an AI-powered product. You know what it takes to get an AI product or feature into production at a quality bar that users trust.
Technically grounded. You've experimented with APIs, MCP, CLI, and similar surfaces. You can think like the engineer you're building for and hold your own in technical conversations.
Obsessed with experience. You care deeply about how something feels to use, not just what it does. Whether it's a UI, API, chat, or CLI interface, you've worked closely with designers and engineers to make each surface right, and pushed back when something wasn't good enough.
Analytical. You work with both qualitative and quantitative data to drive decisions. You define success metrics before you ship and use them to decide what to do next.
Hands-on with AI. AI tools are part of your daily workflow. You have a real thesis on where AI for developers is heading, and you can articulate why.
Strong communicator. You explain product decisions clearly, inspire the team around a direction, and can tell the story of what you're building to customers and executives alike.
Collaborative by default. You share credit, ask for input, and make the people around you better. You've pulled a team forward on something hard, not just contributed to it.
This position is open to all candidates.

Job Type: Full Time and Hybrid work
This is a role for someone who wants to build the org of the future, where agents and people work side by side, and is ready to own the program that gets a company there! Youre taking over the leadership of our AI Transformation: the internal AI work across every function. Youll own the program end-to-end.

What Youll Do?
Run the three pillars (Adoption, Infrastructure, Builds) and the foundation that ties them together. Adjust as we learn, and make it real on the ground.
Lead the change, not just the tooling - the hard part isnt building the agent, its getting people to change how they worked for years. Youll drive that change, build trust with VPs, and push where it matters.
Manage and grow the team - both direct reports and dotted line champions. Youll grow the team from there as the program scales.
Run the prioritization machine - choose whats the right effort, from vertical low hanging fruit and all the way to horizontal initiatives.
Make agents as employees real - every agent has a manager, a cost, a performance review, and a forward plan. Managers are measured and rewarded on how their agents perform.
Measure and report impact - hours saved, adoption, leverage and metrics you define and instrument. Report up. Adjust the program based on what the numbers say.
Stay hands-on - this isnt a role for someone who only writes plans. You build agents and workflows yourself when it makes sense, sit in proposal reviews with the PM, weigh in on architecture with the Engineer, and ship things when needed.

Location: Tel Aviv. Hybrid.
Requirements:
Who Are You?
6+ years in product, operations, or engineering leadership. Youve run a function, owned a meaningful program, and managed people. Bonus if youve run an internal transformation before - AI, automation, ops, or otherwise.
Understand AI deeply - agentic systems, the build-vs-buy landscape, whats hard and whats easy. Youre familiar with agent frameworks, workflow builders, and no-code/low-code AI tools. You can hold your own in an architecture conversation and you have informed opinions about the stack.
A strong people manager - Youve hired senior ICs, set goals, given hard feedback, and grown people. You know when to lead and when to get out of the way.
A natural cross-functional operator- You build trust with VPs and department heads. You can push back, make a case, and earn cover when you need it. Comfortable in executive rooms.
A program builder - You can design and run something that touches every function in the company without it collapsing under its own weight.
You care deeply about change management - You know that getting people to change how they work is harder than building the thing theyre supposed to use - and youre patient enough to do both.
You can write and present at every level - board update, all-hands, one-on-one with a VP, manifesto-style doc for the team.
Youve owned company-level metrics and moved them.
English at a professional level.

Advantage:
Youve founded a company, or led a 0-to-1 function inside a larger org.
Youve worked on AI products or AI transformation programs in production.
You have a technical background - engineer, data scientist, or PM on a deeply technical product.
This position is open to all candidates.

Job Type: Full Time
Were looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the shared infrastructure layer that powers our Maritime Behavior product group - the platform that the maritime Activities and Risk building blocks are built on top of. This infrastructure is what turns maritime facts and signals into the higher-order behavioral insights our customers rely on, and a big piece of it is the ML pipelines that let the team take a new detection or risk model from research into production with minimal friction.

This is a deeply technical role. Youll spend most of your time partnering with engineering - architects, engineers, and the other PMs in the team - on how the infrastructure is designed and how it scales. Your two main areas of focus are architecture and design partnership (shaping how the infra is built) and the non-functional posture of the system (performance, scale, reliability, cost). The internal product roadmap and the APIs other teams consume are a by-product of getting these two right.

The infra is primarily consumed by other product teams inside the company, but parts of it are exposed externally - APIs, feeds, and capabilities that customers depend on - so youll need to think about both internal developer experience and external contract stability.

Were hiring for technical depth and architectural judgment over maritime domain knowledge. If youve built shared platforms used by other product teams and youre at home in deep system-design conversations, we want to hear from you.

What youll do:
Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for the Activities and Risk infrastructure layer - covering data and streaming pipelines, ML model lifecycle, and the core services that the behavior products build on.
Drive the ML pipeline product: make it fast and frictionless for the team to take a new detection or risk model from research into production, with strong evaluation, observability, and rollout primitives.
Partner deeply with architects and engineering leads on system design - drive trade-offs on architecture, technology choices, scaling strategy, and where to invest engineering effort.
Own the non-functional posture of the infrastructure - latency, throughput, reliability, cost, and observability - and define the metrics and SLAs the team is held to.
Work hand-in-hand with other PMs (Activities, Risk, Maritime intelligence) to understand what they need from the infrastructure and turn those needs into a coherent platform roadmap.
Shape the API and event contracts the infrastructure exposes - both to other internal teams and to external customer surfaces - so theyre versioned, stable, and easy to build on.
Communicate roadmap, technical trade-offs, and progress clearly to engineering, product, and company leadership.
Requirements:
Who are you?
8+ years in product management, with significant time owning technical / platform / infrastructure products.
B.Sc. in software engineering or similar, and hands-on experience as a developer
Deep experience with data and streaming pipeline architecture - real-time event processing, streaming systems (Kafka or similar), and hybrid batch/streaming designs.
Experience with ML or detection infrastructure - model lifecycle, feature stores, evaluation pipelines, and productionization workflows for ML models.
Strong architectural judgment - comfortable in deep system-design discussions with senior engineers and architects, and able to drive technical trade-offs that hold up over time.
Track record building platforms whose primary consumers are other product teams (with external surfaces as a secondary concern).
Strong understanding of non-functional concerns - performance, scale, reliability, cost, observability.
Strong written and verbal communication, especially with technical audiences.
This position is open to all candidates.

We're looking for a Product Builder to help define the next chapter of the browser - someone who ships their own prototypes, holds strong opinions on craft, and doesn't wait to be told where to start. You'll own a product area end-to-end: frame the opportunity, build the prototype that sells it, ship the experience alongside design and engineering, and measure how it lands.
Your work will shape how people move through the web every day.

What You'll Do:
Own product areas end-to-end, from discovery through post-launch iteration.
Turn ambiguous opportunities into opinionated proposals, backed by research, data, and working prototypes.
Prototype the experience yourself - in Cursor, Claude, Figma, or whatever gets an idea into something people can feel.
Partner with and ship alongside design and engineering. From kickoff to polish.
Monitor performance post-launch and make the call on what comes next.
Requirements:
Requirements:
4+ years shipping consumer or large-scale complex digital products - as a PM, designer, engineer, or in a hybrid role.
A track record of shipping thoughtful, user-centered features end-to-end and iterating on real data.
Strong product sense: simplifying complexity, seeing around corners, getting into details.
Design taste and UX judgment - specific, defensible opinions about flows, motion, and microcopy.
Technical fluency: comfortable reading a spec, pushing on architecture, and working with engineers as peers.
AI-native in practice: you build with AI - prototypes, experiments, automations, agents, not just documents.
Analytics baseline: comfortable thinking in SQL-shaped questions and finding the real signal.
Clear, concise communication - written and verbal.

Bonus:
Experience scaling consumer products from concept to a multi-million user base.
Experience with B2C AI products and interactions across mobile and desktop.
A history of shipping side projects, indie tools, or prototypes that escaped into the wild.

This Role Is Exactly Right for You If:
You'd rather ship a prototype than write a brief about one.
Given a rough direction, you come back with a plan and a proposed solution.
Your workflow doesnt end in a PRD drafted by AI.
Fast, iterative cycles feel natural, not frantic.
You enjoy collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
This position is open to all candidates.

We're looking for a Director of Product Management to own our financial-products portfolio end to end and to lead the new, standalone initiatives that leverage HB's financial products across the member base. You'll be the owner of HB's financial products and the market pulse on what's coming next that can help our members - new payment methods, new banking and capital capabilities, new ways money moves for service businesses.

This is a senior individual-leadership role. You'll lead through ownership, clarity, and influence.

What you'll own
The portfolio - payments processing, Balance (banking), Capital (lending), instant payouts, territory expansion and new business opportunities

New standalone initiatives - identify, scope, and drive new bets that leverage HB's financial products for the member base, from idea through PMF.

The market pulse - track where payments, fintech, and embedded finance are moving; bring the developments that can help HB members before competitors do.

The vendor stack - Stripe, Plaid, Unit, QuickBooks. Contract negotiation, escalations, roadmap alignment and more

The economics - GPV, take-rate, unit economics, margins, fraud loss appetite, vendor cost. You own and defend the numbers.
Requirements:
What we're looking for:

We're not looking for a process operator. We're looking for a commercial product leader who happens to love fintech - operating at the exceeding-the-standard bar from day one:

Ownership & agency. You own outcomes end to end - including the decision to continue, scale, reshape, or stop. You set the decision framework (problem, success, assumptions, tradeoffs, kill-signals) before work starts and keep the team honest against it. You don't wait for someone to tell you how the work will be judged.

Operates in ambiguity. When the problem isn't defined, you make assumptions explicit, pressure-test them fast, and move. A fast, imperfect call beats waiting for perfect analysis - and you know the blast radius.

Judgment & taste. You bring a clear point of view, synthesize inputs into a defensible recommendation, and don't default to the average of what stakeholders said. You can name weak logic and a solution that isn't good enough yet - including in others' work.

Commercial instincts. You think in pricing, margin, take-rate, unit economics, and vendor cost. You can read a P&L and a contract and tell us what's hiding in it.

Show, don't tell. You'd rather put a model, prototype, or one-pager in front of the team than run another meeting.

AI-driven velocity. You build tools, prompts, and workflows that embed your thinking so the team moves without waiting on you. The bottleneck isn't you - that's the point.

Customer obsessed. You're in our members' businesses regularly. You can tell a real pattern from a loud opinion.

High ownership, low ego. You see a fire, you put it out, even if it's not "yours."

Experience:

8+ years of product management experience.

Deep domain in payments, fintech, or B2B financial products - you've shipped against Stripe / Adyen / Square / Plaid / a BaaS platform / lending infra.

Track record of building 0-to-1 and scaling live products to find PMF.

Comfortable as the named executive counterpart to vendor and partner leadership.

US - international expansion (UK/EU/AU) in payments.

Experience with regulatory and fraud challenges.
This position is open to all candidates.

Requirements:
3+ years of product management experience, ideally in a startup environment
Technical background - either through a software engineering background, hands-on development experience, or meaningful experience working on technical products such as developer tools, infrastructure, or APIs
Deep customer orientation - youve spent real time with customers, you know how to uncover pain points, and you can turn those conversations into product direction
Proven ability to own a product end-to-end: not just writing specs, but driving the full cycle from idea to launch to adoption
Strong technical foundation - you can read code, understand system architecture, and have meaningful conversations with engineers without needing a translator
AI Mindset, youre comfortable adopting AI tools and being in the bleeding edge, youre constantly looking for ways to become more productive with AI
Data-driven mindset - you know how to instrument a product, design experiments, and use data to sharpen decisions
Exceptional communication skills - you can write clearly, run tight meetings, and influence without authority
Startup DNA - comfortable with fast iteration, shifting priorities, and wearing multiple hats
Bonus Points
Experience working on B2B or enterprise products
Experience with AI/ML products is a strong plus - especially familiarity with LLMs, code generation, or developer productivity tooling
Youve shipped products that integrate with IDEs, CI/CD pipelines, or code review workflows
You have experience with PLG (product-led growth) motion
Background in software engineering or experience as a technical lead.

We're looking for a Sr. Staff Product Manager who has built products from the ground up. You'll lead new AI-powered ventures within us, owning multiple bets at once - some need to be built from scratch, others are live and need to find product-market fit. Your job is to cut through ambiguity to create product clarity, build the tools and systems that let your team operate at speed, and work cross-functionally to drive each product from ideation through PMF and into growth.

Here is what were looking for in a candidate:

Operates in ambiguity and adapts to change When the problem isn't fully defined, you don't wait - you make your assumptions explicit, pressure-test them fast, and move. You catch mistakes early, adjust, and always have a point of view on what's shifting in the market and why it matters.

Goal-setting and defining success You define what winning looks like before work starts - in concrete terms, not vibes. You push back when goals are fuzzy and hold the line when "done" starts quietly moving.

Tradeoff judgment You make hard calls and own them. You know you can't have everything, and you're clear about what you're trading away and why.

AI-driven velocity You build tools and workflows that embed your thinking - your goals, your logic, your standards - so your team can make good decisions without waiting on you. The bottleneck isn't you. That's the point.

Commercial instincts You care about the business, not just the product. You think in pricing, margins, and whether what you're building makes economic sense - not just whether users love it.

Builder energy You'd rather put something rough in front of a user than write another page of specs.

Customer obsession You talk to customers constantly - not as a ritual, but because you actually want to know. You can tell a real pattern from a loud opinion.

High ownership If it's your problem, you solve it.
Requirements:
Here is what is needed:

8+ years of product management experience.

Proven track record of building 0-to-1 products - from idea to launch to scale.

Deep B2C background - you understand consumer behavior, retention, and what it takes to earn a user's habit.

Experience working in or alongside high-performing teams where the bar was high and the pace was real.

AI-driven, passionate about leveraging AI tools and technologies to build smarter, more efficient user experiences.

We are hiring a Senior Technical Marketing Manager to own the technical narrative behind runtime-powered cloud security. This is a hands-on role for someone who is part technologist, part storyteller: comfortable diving deep into architecture, runtime behavior, Kubernetes environments, identity flows, APIs, and kernel-level telemetry, then translating that depth into content that earns trust with engineers and security leaders. You'll think like a security engineer and write like a product marketer, building the technical content, product narratives, launch assets, and enablement materials that explain not just what we do, but how it works and why it's architecturally different. You'll report to the Head of Product Marketing and work closely with Product, Sales Architects, Engineering, and Research to turn complex innovation into market-ready messaging that drives real pipeline impact.
What You'll Do:
Own the technical narrative. Partner with Product and Product Marketing to define use cases, and build demo labs and training material for all new features and releases.
Create and execute high-impact technical content, from deep-dive technical blogs and solution guides to architecture explainers and product landing pages that security engineers and cloud teams actually want to read.
Lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives across product management, engineering, and field teams for high-impact security use cases.
Translate complex architecture into clear value, turning runtime telemetry, eBPF instrumentation, Kubernetes metadata, identity context, and API flow mapping into differentiated, defensible positioning.
Keep our technical voice sharp: precise, modern, and human, authoritative when discussing architecture, approachable when discussing customer value.
Requirements:
3-6 years of experience in product marketing, technical marketing, solutions engineering, product management, or a related role at an enterprise SaaS company, ideally in cloud security or cloud infrastructure.
Deep curiosity about how things work. You're comfortable reading architecture docs, asking engineers hard questions, and understanding runtime systems at a technical level.
Understanding of the full sales process, from pitch to demo to POC to production.
Strong technical writing skills. You can take complex infrastructure concepts and turn them into structured, compelling narratives without oversimplifying or hiding behind jargon.
Experience marketing to technical audiences. You've written for security engineers, DevOps teams, platform engineers, or CISOs and understand how to earn credibility with them.
A hands-on execution mindset. You don't just define positioning, you write the blog, build the page outline, create the sales asset, and help get it live.
Familiarity with cloud-native environments: Kubernetes, containers, APIs, IAM, vulnerability management, runtime security, CNAPP, CSPM, CWPP, AI security, or related domains.
Comfort working cross-functionally. You can translate between Engineering, Sales, and Marketing without losing clarity or technical accuracy.
Fluency in modern AI tools.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to own our Builder Experience domain - a core part of how security teams design, build, and deploy automations. As AI fundamentally changes how security operations work, this role sits at the center of that shift.

This role requires genuine product craft - the ability to see what security teams actually struggle with and shape tools that feel intuitive and powerful - alongside frontier AI product thinking: defining how a conversational AI should behave, where its limits are, how it earns trust, and how it sharpens with every interaction.

What Youll Be Doing:
Own the end-to-end builder experience - from understanding where security teams get stuck to shipping flows that feel intuitive and powerful.
Care about how the product looks and feels. Partner closely with Design to turn ambiguity into clear, usable flows.
Drive our conversational AI product forward as a first-class part of the platform.
Own how we evaluate the AI experience: define what "good" means, how we measure quality, and how we improve it continuously.
Perform customer research and hands-on deep-dives to understand how people build and where they get stuck.
Analyze usage patterns and feedback to spot signal and translate it into actionable engineering requirements.
Make critical decisions on trade-offs across experience, capability, and technical design to meet business objectives.
Work closely with engineering to define, develop, and launch new capabilities.
Requirements:
The Ideal Candidate:
3-5 years of experience as a product manager on SaaS products, OR 2+ years in PM following an engineering role.
Strong product sense for UX and UI. You understand user pain and can shape an experience that fits it.
Genuine interest in AI products. You're curious about how they behave, how they fail, and how they earn user trust.
Enough technical fluency to work closely with engineering and reason about how the product is built and consumed.
Data-driven, with the ability to ask the right questions.
Excellent interpersonal skills, able to drive teams and interfaces without direct authority.
Strong communication. You can move between a customer conversation, a design review, and an engineering spec without dropping the thread.
Computer Science degree or equivalent technical background.

Nice to Have:
Experience with AI/LLM products or agent-based interfaces.
Experience evaluating and improving product quality with metrics and experimentation.
Background in security, DevOps, or automation platforms.
Experience partnering tightly with Design on visual, interaction-rich products.
This position is open to all candidates.

We are looking for a Senior Security Product Manager to drive the strategy, development, and growth of our product, shaping how security teams automate and scale their security operations across the enterprise.

This is a strategic product role at the center of our growth. You will define the product vision, translate deep security domain knowledge into scalable product capabilities, and partner across Engineering, R&D, GTM, and Customer Success to deliver exceptional outcomes. This role requires strong technical depth, security expertise, and an AI-first mindset.

What You'll Do:
Define and execute product strategy - Own the roadmap for your product areas, balancing near-term customer needs with long-term vision. Think big, plan strategically, and dive deep into the details to ensure flawless execution.
Translate security expertise into product - Draw on your security domain knowledge to deeply understand how security teams operate, and shape features that solve real operational challenges at scale.
Drive end-to-end product development - Lead initiatives from discovery through design, development, release, and iteration - including full product launches in close partnership with GTM.
Go-to-market execution - Partner with GTM to plan and execute product launches end-to-end: develop positioning, messaging, sales enablement, and launch plans that land with security practitioners and buyers alike.
Engage directly with customers - Work with enterprise customers and internal teams to understand security architectures, workflows, and unmet needs.
Own product specifications - Write clear, rigorous technical and product requirements that guide engineering and ensure high-quality delivery.
Leverage AI throughout your workflow - Use AI tools to accelerate research, synthesis, spec writing, and decision-making - and bring that same AI-first thinking to every product initiative you lead.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a track record of owning and delivering complex product initiatives.

Strong security domain knowledge - deep understanding of how security teams operate, the challenges they face, and the tools and architectures they rely on (e.g., SIEM, SOAR, CSPM, EDR, IAM).
Proven ability to operate at both the strategic and tactical levels - capable of setting a long-term vision while also managing the nitty-gritty details of execution.
Proven ability to lead complex technical product initiatives end-to-end, from discovery to launch, including full GTM execution.
Experience planning and executing product launches in close partnership with GTM teams - including positioning, enablement, and cross-functional coordination.

Location: Tel Aviv-Yafo
Job Type: Full Time
Working in Product means making bold decisions with the data you have. You're the type that always asks, “Is there a better way?” From product managers to designers to researchers, the people who thrive here are strategic by nature, curious by default, and comfortable sailing without a full map. So if you challenge assumptions and know how to bring multiple stakeholders together, the Fiverr Product team might be your place.

What am I going to do?:

* Make an impact: Grow the business by shaping how freelancers are represented, discovered, and ranked on Fiverr — improving match quality and driving successful outcomes for clients and freelancers alike.
* Lead a multidisciplinary team: Collaborate with engineers, designers, and data scientists to drive product delivery and innovation across the freelancer experience.
* Own the freelancer intelligence layer: Define how Fiverr collects, validates, and uses freelancer skill and proficiency signals — turning data into reliable inputs that enable precision matching for clients seeking the right expertise.
* Drive the freelancer experience: Continuously improve the surfaces freelancers use to understand and grow their business on Fiverr — onboarding, performance dashboards, and the level system.
* Develop and execute roadmaps: Create strategic product roadmaps and lead their execution, balancing short-term delivery with long-term platform thinking.
* Collaborate across teams: Work with stakeholders from Search, Ranking, Data Science, and the client-side product team to align on a shared direction and amplify impact.

Equal opportunities:
At Fiverr, we know that talent has no single face. We welcome talent from everywhere and everyone because it makes everything we build better. Need accommodations? Just ask. And if this role excites you but you don't tick every box, apply anyway. The best people rarely fit the mold exactly.
Requirements:
* At least 5 years of relevant experience as a Product Manager.
* A proven track record of making an impact as an entrepreneur, leader, or product manager — ideally on a marketplace or platform product.
* Strong analytical skills: developing product hypotheses, applying validation methods, and working with data to drive decisions.
* Experience working with or adjacent to ranking, search, or recommendations — understanding how upstream product decisions affect algorithmic outcomes and client-freelancer match quality.
* Strong ability to translate opportunities and needs into products and features across a broad and diverse user base.
* Good understanding of UI/UX.
* Savvy learner, avid listener, articulate communicator, and presenter.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with short delivery cycles.
* BA / MA / BSc / MSc in a related field. At Fiverr, we're not about checklists. If you don't meet 100% of the requirements for this role but still feel passionate about the position and think it'll make your life more fulfilling, we want to hear from you.
This position is open to all candidates.
