Required Junior IT DevOps Engineer - Temporary Position
About the DevOps Group:
You will join the IT DevOps team that is at the heart of our development. Our goal is to design & build the best development & supporting environment. Work with various teams to provide tools and infrastructure that ensure our continued development's scalability, performance, and resilience. We're constantly looking for ways to improve processes and provide new and innovative solutions.
This position requires working from our Jerusalem office 4 times per week during the training period.
One day per week may be worked from home.
Greater flexibility regarding time spent in the Jerusalem office will be offered later on.
This position is temporary for ~9 months.
What will your job look like?
Maintain, operate, and continuously evolve large-scale distributed infrastructure platforms serving thousands of our developers across hybrid environments, including Kubernetes, on-prem systems, and cloud-integrated services.
Design, implement, and improve infrastructure automation, self-service capabilities, and operational tooling using modern DevOps practices, Infrastructure as Code, GitOps, and CI/CD methodologies.
Investigate, isolate, and resolve complex infrastructure issues across Kubernetes, Linux, networking, storage, CI/CD, cloud, and on-prem environments, while driving root-cause analysis and long-term improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes, developer experience, operational efficiency, and platform adoption.
Contribute to a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and proactive problem solving in a fast-paced engineering environment.

We are seeking a hands-on Head of DevOps to lead and scale our global DevOps team. In this strategic role, you will transform our very complex setup and configuration process, which is currently text-based and manual, into a semi-automated and scalable. . You will be responsible for shaping our DevOps culture, driving automation, and managing the allocation of DevOps resources..

This is a high-impact leadership role requiring deep technical expertise, operational excellence, and strong collaboration with engineering, QA, and client delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and grow a distributed team of DevOps engineers.
Oversee environment versioning, configuration management, and infrastructure automation.

Drive DevOps knowledge collection and team training - the DevOps team should be the Gold standard as to how to configure and deploy any component or module.

Drive adoption of DevOps best practices, including monitoring, incident response, and security hardening.
Continuously evaluate and integrate new technologies to enhance reliability, scalability, and speed of delivery.

We are searching for a skilled and motivated Algorithm & Software Engineer to join our Calibration Team. The Calibration Team is an integral part of the Geometry Group within the R&D department. We develop cutting-edge computational geometry products for our systems, essential for understanding vehicle surroundings and advancing Autonomous Vehicles and Advanced Driving Assistance Systems.
Our team's focus is on camera calibration functionalities. The foundation of all our algorithms is rooted in classic theoretical concepts that include diverse topics in mathematics and physics such as projective geometry, algebra, and optics. Given the wide-reaching impact of our work, these fundamental principles are translated into code, which must meet stringent real-time requirements, delivering both high accuracy and efficiency. To accomplish this, we actively utilize various profiling tools and techniques to continuously enhance the performance of our software solutions.
In addition, our team is gradually incorporating Machine Learning approaches to complement traditional methods and explore new ways to improve calibration accuracy.

What will your job look like:
Implement, deploy, and maintain algorithms in classic computational geometry.
Develop high-quality code primarily in C++, Python and occasionally using MATLAB.
Design and maintain real-time oriented code that meets stringent memory and runtime requirements.
Collaborate effectively with other teams.

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Control Engineer to join our dynamic team dedicated to advancing the field of autonomous vehicles. As a Control Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, implementing and testing hands on control algorithms to enhance the performance, safety, and efficiency of our autonomous vehicle systems.
please note that this position requires 2 days a week at our HQ in Jerusalem
What will your job look like?
Work on developing and optimizing control algorithms for the vehicle
Run and analyze simulations to test autonomous vehicle in virtual environments
Collaborate with hardware engineers to integrate control algorithms with the vehicle's hardware components, such as sensors, actuators, and onboard computers
Working with communication protocols and interfaces for both internal and external communications with different components of the system
Customer facing workshops to discuss and test your algorithms.
