We are looking for an experienced and strategic Product Manager to lead a core domain within our companys Cloud Firewall portfolio. This role is central to shaping how enterprises secure cloud environments at scale across hybrid and multi-cloud infrastructures.

As the Product Manager for a core Cloud Firewall capability, you will own the product vision, strategy, and execution end to end - from deeply understanding customer needs, market trends, and cloud platform evolution, through defining roadmap priorities and driving delivery, to ensuring strong adoption and long-term customer value.
You will work closely with engineering, architecture, UX, research, sales, marketing, and customer-facing teams in a highly cross-functional environment. This role requires a strong product leader with proven success in Agile product development, the ability to lead complex cross-functional programs, and a demonstrated record of influencing strategy and execution across engineering, business, and customer-facing teams.

Key Responsibilities
Define and own the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for our companys Cloud Firewall capabilities, aligned with company objectives, customer needs, and market opportunities.
Lead product discovery by analyzing customer pain points, industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging cloud security requirements across AWS, Azure, GCP, and hybrid environments.
Work closely with engineering leadership and development teams to translate strategy into execution through clear priorities, well-defined requirements, and pragmatic tradeoff decisions.
Drive product development in a proven Agile environment, including backlog management, feature prioritization, user story definition, sprint planning support, and ongoing collaboration with R&D throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Demonstrate strong leadership across cross-functional teams, aligning engineering, UX, sales, support, and marketing around a shared product direction and successful business outcomes.
Partner with UX/UI teams to deliver intuitive, scalable, and efficient user experiences for cloud security administrators and enterprise operators.
Own the product lifecycle from concept through launch and iteration, including requirements definition, validation, rollout planning, and success measurement.
Collaborate with product marketing and field teams to define product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans for new capabilities and releases.
Engage directly with customers, partners, sales engineers, and support teams to gather feedback, validate priorities, and identify new product and business opportunities.
Monitor product adoption, customer satisfaction, usage trends, and competitive positioning, using data to drive continuous improvement and roadmap refinement.
Stay current with cloud platform evolution, cloud-native networking, and cybersecurity market trends to ensure the product remains innovative and differentiated.
Serve as a product leader and domain expert internally, helping drive alignment, clarity, and execution excellence across strategic initiatives.

Were looking for a Director of Operational Excellence to build and lead a centralized Product & Engineering Operations team.
In this role, you will lead the Operational Excellence team as both a people leader and systems builder: coaching and developing a high-performing team, designing practical processes people actually want to use, and partnering closely with Product and Engineering leadership to solve real operating problems, improve decision quality, and help us make better tradeoffs as the business scales.
Youll Own:
Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a centralized Product & Engineering Operations team, setting clear expectations and raising the bar for operational excellence.
Process & Operating System Design: Design, build, and continuously evolve the Product & Engineering operating system, including workflows, governance, planning cadences, lifecycle standards, decision frameworks, templates, and handoffs. Create processes that are simple, scalable, widely adopted, and designed to enable speed - not bureaucracy.
Portfolio & Planning Operations: Create the structure for strong portfolio planning, capacity visibility, cross-pillar alignment, executive visibility, and leadership tradeoff discussions across product, infrastructure, reliability, security, and customer-driven work.
AI, Tools & Enablement: Use AI, automation, tooling standards, dashboards, templates, and knowledge systems to reduce friction, improve visibility, and make the operating system easier for teams to adopt.
