We are looking for an experienced QA engineer to lead and drive the Quality of our cloud sensor - the industrys most efficient security tool for monitoring application-layer attacks in real time.

As our Sensor Quality Lead, youll own the quality of the Sensor - how we test it, and how we prove it works accurately and efficiently across the environments our customers run it in. There's no existing playbook for this role; you'll be the one writing it, tackling complex testing challenges in the Linux systems realm and building the automation that lets us ship with confidence.

In particular:

Design and build automated test frameworks and specialized harnesses for the Sensor
Build and maintain test environments across Kubernetes, Docker, and VMs, including test applications written in different languages, so a single build is validated everywhere it runs
Build the test infrastructure that measures accuracy, performance, and resource consumption under high scale
Define quality metrics for the Sensor, build the test infrastructure that measures them along with dashboards and visibility measures to surface them
Collaborate with the Sensor teams, Product Managers, research, and other R&D teams to deliver end-to-end quality

We are looking for an experienced manager to drive the development of our cloud sensor - the industrys most efficient security tool for monitoring application-layer attacks in real time.

What youll be doing:

As the sensor group lead, you will be responsible for leading several teams of highly skilled low-level engineers. This group is responsible for developing the sensor, which is deployed in customer environments to monitor their applications in real time for detecting and blocking cyber attacks in cloud environments. You will drive the development of innovative, scalable, and high-quality capabilities in our sensor, while maintaining low overhead and high performance.

You will:

Lead the technological vision of our sensor, overseeing the full development lifecycle, including design, implementation, testing, deployment, rollout, and validation.
Take an active part in design decisions, leading the sensor architecture to maintain high performance, scale and enterprise grade quality.
Lead a group of low-level engineers, build efficient processes, provide mentorship to drive high performance, recruit strong talent, and ensure strong development velocity.
Collaborate closely with research, engineering, and customer-facing teams , turning innovative security concepts into reality.

As a Staff Software Engineer - C++ Endpoint Security, Collection Engineering (Data Protection Team), you will be tasked with designing and implementing low-level C++ or Rust agent modules as a foundational member of our newly formed Data Protection unit. You will research and develop high-fidelity sensors and robust, scalable code to monitor and prevent sensitive data leakage across multiple operating systems. By building these mission-critical collection engines, you will play a key role in defining the technical architecture for our companys next generation of data-centric security.
What will you do?
Primary responsibilities include:
Lead, design and implement low-level agent modules (using C++ or Rust), capable of monitoring data access and movement with minimal performance overhead.
Research and evaluate technologies for building high-fidelity sensors that track data access.
Develop robust, scalable, and performant code that operates reliably across multiple operating systems and environments.

What will you do?
Primary responsibilities include:
End-to-end responsibility for new detection capabilities, from researching Linux/Containers security landscapes to designing detection strategies and algorithms.
Designing and delivering innovative security solutions at scale.
Working on diverse technical challenges, ranging from low-level Kernel hooks to complex detection engines and pure system engineering.
Enhancing the security of various Linux and cloud workload platforms protected by our product.
Supporting a global impact, serving thousands of users, including enterprise, public sector clients, and some of the largest companies worldwide
Software Development (70-80% of time)
Conduct low level research and Design of new features
Peer code reviews; Participate in teams design review
Learn new technologies in the Linux and Cloud workloads security domain
Architect end-to-end security solutions for complex features with loose problem definition
Modeling and POC of solutions for complex problems
Support customers with issues and requests within the teams domain

This is a Software Development Engineer (SDE) role in the engineering team that delivers the sensor (lightweight agent) on various container optimized Linux distros. This role will be part of the team designing and implementing new features in the sensor to secure cloud workloads. The work leverages eBPF and other technologies. These features will extend the power of the Falcon platform to provide seamless visibility, detection, and prevention for container processes running in orchestration environments like Kubernetes.

What You'll Do:

Create and maintain high-performance linux system software components. Analyze complex software features, and build effective test strategies and test designs.

Ensure systems and components reliability and performance through monitoring, testing, and debugging. Debug product issues found through test or customer cases to identify root cause and use the input to improve tests.

Work closely with a team of engineers to support and maintain a culture of high product quality and excellence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sensor and cloud solutions. Work collaboratively with product and release management to control risk, improve quality, and streamline our release cycles

Participate in code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members. Participate in engineering best practices, including topics like secure coding, testing paradigms, debugging, performance measurement, code reviews, CI/CD and OS internals, to ensure that our sensor code is fast and reliable

Lead strategic technical initiatives focusing on containers and orchestrators security in both public and private cloud

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Sensors Team and play a key role in the development of our Endpoint Sensor (Agent) platform. This is a hands-on senior position with strong technical ownership, focused on designing, building, and maintaining high-performance endpoint sensors across multiple operating systems.

In this role, you will work closely with sensor, analysis, and platform teams to ensure reliable, efficient, and scalable data collection in highly complex and demanding customer environments. Handling everything that touches the hardware and operating system aspects in a software defined storage system
Data Path: Focuses on engineering a highly distributed, latency-critical Hot I/O Data Path and Element Store engine. This role is responsible for the ingestion, state-of-the-art compression, encoding, and retrieval of multi-protocol data (files and objects) under massive concurrency and ultra-low latency requirements.
Database: Focuses deeply on core relational database internals, specifically designing low-level storage engines, B-Tree/LSM-Tree data structures, MVCC concurrency control, and query execution planners.
Kernel: Focuses on the lowest software layers, emphasizing Linux Kernel development and block-level storage/file system engineering.
Protocols: Focuses strictly on engineering high-concurrency data/metadata paths that replicate external AWS S3 object-storage behavior and correctness under heavy retry and failover pressure.
Cloud: Focuses on cloud-native storage deployment, adapting and scaling complex high-availability storage infrastructure across major hyper-scaler cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Compute Kafka: Focuses on distributed event-streaming and messaging platforms, specifically building a high-scale, exactly-once broker compatible with the Apache Kafka wire protocol.
