Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of full-stack engineers, providing technical guidance, architectural direction, and support to ensure successful delivery.
Design, build, and ship production-grade AI agents, including agent workflows, tool integrations, orchestration, memory, and safe execution capabilities, enabling users to reason over data and take action with confidence.
Work with massive-scale datasets. Our customers manage petabytes of cloud assets and sensitive data, and you'll build systems that extract insights and deliver them through AI, APIs, and intuitive user experiences.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers to shape product direction, with UI/UX designers to craft exceptional AI-powered experiences, and with engineering teams across the company to integrate AI capabilities throughout the platform.
Continuously improve performance, reliability, developer productivity, and the quality of our AI systems while maintaining a high engineering bar.
Deliver meaningful customer value quickly without compromising quality.

We are looking for a top-notch Senior Full Stack Engineer who will work on our next first-to-market AI-powered products and create elegant solutions using the latest technologies. This position will be based in our R&D office in the heart of Tel-Aviv.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end (client and server) features and web applications. You will work closely with our design, product, and AI teams to translate complex requirements into intelligent, user-friendly experiences powered by data and automation.

Key Responsibilities


Build and maintain backend services responsible for integrating with a wide variety of APIs, webhooks, and partners.

Design, develop, and own integration flows end-to-end: architecture, implementation, deployment, and monitoring.

Work on data pipelines handling large volumes of streaming and batch data with high reliability and low latency.

Ensure data accuracy and consistency across ingestion, transformation, and storage layers.

Collaborate with product, data engineering, and customer-facing teams to understand edge cases, resolve production issues, and improve partner integrations.

Take ownership of features and systems while proactively identifying gaps and driving improvements.

Integrate and leverage industry technologies such as Kafka, Iceberg, DynamoDB, Postgres, EMR, Kubernetes, Druid, Snowflake, and more.

What Youll Be Doing

Act as the go-to technical expert across one or more core areas of the CXO platform, setting the standard for code quality, maintainability, and architecture for the team.
Drive technical decision-making on complex, mission-critical systems. Lead design reviews for large-scale initiatives and contribute to all major architectural decisions within your domain.
Own and deliver large, cross-system initiatives, handling open-ended problems with ambiguity. Define key success metrics and measure project impact post-delivery.

we are looking for a Senior II Software Engineer to join the CX Platform team, the foundational engineering team powering entire Customer Experience group. This is a high-impact, hands-on role at the intersection of backend engineering, AI infrastructure, and customer-facing product.

You'll work across the full platform stack (backend services, data pipelines, security, cost, and scale) with a meaningful and growing focus on AI infrastructure. We own the agentic platform for the entire Product Offering group: from building the LLM infrastructure and agentic workflows to ensuring they're reliable, observable, and safe in production.
What you'll be doing:

Own AI infrastructure for the Product Offering group. Design, build, and evolve the shared AI platform (agentic workflows, LLM integrations, observability, and guardrails) that CX product teams build on.
Ship agentic features end to end. Lead development of AI-driven capabilities using LangChain, LangFuse, and AWS Bedrock, from architecture through production deployment and monitoring.
Drive platform architecture. Set the technical direction for the CX backend (services, data pipelines, API patterns) with an eye for scalability, reliability, and developer experience.
Own core data foundations. Design resilient data-access patterns across Snowflake, Elasticsearch, Kafka, Redis, and MySQL; keep pipelines fast, fresh, and reliable.
