We are seeking an experienced product manager to join Dashs core product team. Youll have significant influence over both product direction and execution and lead strategic product initiatives across the Dash platform. This is a highly impactful role at the intersection of AI, cybersecurity, and enterprise software. Youll work closely with customers, and a high paced team of security researchers, engineers, and company leadership to define product strategy, identify market opportunities, and deliver products that solve real customer problems. You will help define the field of Agentic Security.
As an early product team member, youll have significant influence over both product direction and execution.

The Senior Director, Product Management - Security role is part of the Trusted Services product organization within Salesforce Platform. Trusted Services builds the security, compliance, and data protection products that help our customers protect their most sensitive data - including Event Monitoring, Security Center, Platform Encryption, and Security Mesh. What You'll Actually Be Doing

Portfolio Strategy & Problem Definition

Identify security product gaps and growth opportunities by analyzing competitive landscapes, emerging threats, compliance trends, and customer needs.

Guide strategic decisions on where to invest, what problems to solve, and whether to build, buy, or partner.

Develop business cases and strategic recommendations for new security products and major portfolio expansions.

Translate market intelligence and security expertise into actionable product strategy and roadmap priorities.

We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to join our team. This is a hybrid capacity in our Israel/Tel Aviv Office role, reporting to the Senior Director, Product Management in the Security Operations Platform Product Management department. Join our data fabric and secops platform team, work in the dashboards, reporting and measurement product areas. Lead the product effort for platform reporting and dashboarding, as well as advanced semantic capabilities such as calculated dimensions, measurements, aggregations and custom KPI capabilities, enabling best-in-market product capabilities and UX that will be used by our security operations applications offerings and personas.

What youll do (Role Expectations)

Lead product discovery by deeply understanding customer problems, business goals, and operational constraints across reporting and dashboarding products that serve multiple security operations use cases

Define the product vision and roadmap for AI-powered, simple platform reporting and dashboarding capabilities from discovery through planning, UX, documentation, customer validation, and launch

Work day-to-day with engineering to prioritize backlogs, clarify scope, and ensure high-quality execution

Collaborate with applications product managers, and customers to facilitate feedback and success across multiple personas and use cases, partnering with go-to-market, sales, and customer success teams to support pilots, launches, and customer adoption

Measure product success using adoption, usage, customer value, and business outcome metrics

You will be expected to deeply understand customer needs and translate them directly into product features that deliver real value. You'll own key parts of our frontend stack, drive key architectural decisions, and turn complex security data into clear, actionable business insights.

You will lead product vision and execution for critical capabilities that help organizations secure their AI systems end-to-end from data flows, to model governance, to AI usage in production.
