Security & Remote Access: Implement, maintain robust security, and remote access solutions (VPN, Zero Trust/ZTNA, SASE, and MFA) for internal employees. Secure, partition, and monitor privileged access for external third-party vendors and contractors. SaaS Identity & Access Management (IAM): Manage end-user authentication and identity lifecycle for cloud-based services, utilizing enterprise Identity Providers (e.g., Okta, Entra ID), SSO, and modern protocols (SAML, OIDC). Compliance & Audits: Support the organization's compliance efforts, ensuring infrastructures and IT procedures actively meet standards such as ISO 27001 or SOC 2. We are looking for a IT Support Manager in our data center, the key person in managing IT infrastructure maintenance. You will manage L1, L2, IT infrastructure and Field Network Engineers supporting data center IT infrastructure and GPU clusters. This role is focused on ensuring stable, efficient, and scalable operations through people leadership, structured support processes, and hands-on technical oversight.
