As the Product Lead for our Dispute Resolve solution, you will own the Dispute Resolve domain end-to-end, driving our mission to help merchants manage chargebacks effectively, improve win rates, and scale their dispute operations.
What You'll Be Doing
Own the Dispute Resolve domain end-to-end, leading the definition, execution, and evolution of dispute management flows across different merchant setups.
Set product strategy and roadmap priorities for Dispute Resolve, working hands-on with Engineering, Product Design, Data Science, and BI to deliver against them.
Own product analytics for the domain: define the metrics that matter, monitor performance, and make data-driven decisions on prioritization and roadmap direction.
Set and maintain the product benchmarks used by Sales to represent Dispute Resolves performance and value in the different markets.
Lead the expansion and optimization of integrations with PSPs, gateways, and additional systems to enable scalable dispute ingestion and submission.
Drive the development and continuous improvement of evidence capabilities, improving quality, coverage, and win rates across reason codes and merchant verticals.
Translate complex dispute workflows and data challenges into scalable, intuitive product solutions that balance usability, automation and performance.
Partner closely with GTM and Account Management to support product adoption, onboarding, and ongoing usage, and to ensure Dispute Resolve supports growth and retention goals.
Engage directly with merchants and prospects to understand real-world workflows, validate solutions, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Own backlog prioritization and roadmap execution, focusing on high-impact initiatives that improve operational efficiency and dispute performance.
Serve as the go-to subject-matter expert on dispute management, representment strategies and product capabilities - internally and with customers.
Requirements: 5+ years of product management experience, including leading a product team and domain end-to-end, preferably in a technical, data-driven or platform domain within global SaaS companies.
Experience in the chargeback and dispute management domain (e.g. payments, fraud prevention or card networks) - a strong advantage.
Proven track record defining and delivering complex, end-to-end product flows involving integrations, data, and operational workflows, from strategy through hands-on execution.
Strong product sense and UX understanding, with experience building intuitive solutions for complex systems and processes.
Demonstrated experience owning product analytics - defining metrics, analyzing performance and using data to drive decisions and set benchmarks.
Experience working with APIs, integrations and external systems (e.g. PSPs, gateways, or similar) - a strong advantage.
Demonstrated success leading cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Data Science, Product Design and commercial teams.
Experience partnering closely with GTM, Sales, and Account Management to drive adoption, customer value and business growth, including setting benchmarks used in sales conversations.
Excellent problem-solving, prioritization, and execution skills in fast-paced environments.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical and analytical concepts to diverse audiences, including senior stakeholders.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field - an advantage.
