We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Mechanical Engineer, with a hands-on approach, to join our R&D team.

The role involves the research and development of robotic mechanisms incorporating motors, gears and sensors, from concept to mass production.



Responsibilities:

Design and develop complex robotic mechanisms and assemblies from concept through production.

Lead mechanical development activities across the full product lifecycle, including concept generation, detailed design, prototyping, drawing release, manufacturing support, integration and verification.

Define and execute test and validation methodologies to confirm design performance and compliance with engineering requirements.

Generate and maintain high-quality engineering documentation, including requirements, calculations, design reviews, protocols, reports, and change orders.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders including systems engineering, software, electronics, manufacturing, quality, and operations.

Manage technical interactions with suppliers and support component sourcing, qualification, and manufacturability activities.

You will work with subcontractors in Israel and abroad and validate the supplied parts/assemblies.

We are looking for a Technical support to join our growing robotics startup. This role is hands-on and multidisciplinary, involving installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and on-site support of complex robotic systems. The systems combine mechanics, hardware, electronics, and advanced software, and require strong system-level understanding. The position includes work at our companys facilities as well as international travel, primarily for system installations, demos, and field troubleshooting. As part of our rapidly growing, small, motivated, and multi-disciplinary team, this position is the first dedicated role in its domain, providing a unique opportunity to contribute to a new area within the company.



Responsibilities

Maintain, test, and troubleshoot robotic systems at the companys facilities
Install, calibrate, and commission robotic systems at customer and partner sites abroad
Lead on-site system setup and troubleshooting during demos and early deployments
Diagnose and resolve hardware, mechanical, and software issues in the field
Perform hands-on replacement and repair of mechanical and electromechanical components
Work closely with R&D teams (software, mechanical, electrical, algorithms) to deeply understand the system
Gather knowledge from internal engineering teams and apply it independently in the field
Provide technical feedback from the field to improve system robustness and usability
Document issues, procedures, and best practices

• Lead and coordinate the Engineering Change Order (ECO) process from initiation through approval and implementation, working closely with Engineering, Planning, Purchasing, Production, and Quality. • Manage the company's document control system, including document revisions, approvals, and controlled distribution. • Maintain and update engineering data in the ERP and relevant information systems, including BOMs, part numbers, and labels. • Coordinate the implementation of engineering changes, including their impact on existing inventory, open orders, and production. • Prepare and maintain technical procedures, work instructions, and related documentation.
