we are looking for a Senior II Software Engineer to join the CX Platform team, the foundational engineering team powering entire Customer Experience group. This is a high-impact, hands-on role at the intersection of backend engineering, AI infrastructure, and customer-facing product.

You'll work across the full platform stack (backend services, data pipelines, security, cost, and scale) with a meaningful and growing focus on AI infrastructure. We own the agentic platform for the entire Product Offering group: from building the LLM infrastructure and agentic workflows to ensuring they're reliable, observable, and safe in production.
What you'll be doing:

Own AI infrastructure for the Product Offering group. Design, build, and evolve the shared AI platform (agentic workflows, LLM integrations, observability, and guardrails) that CX product teams build on.
Ship agentic features end to end. Lead development of AI-driven capabilities using LangChain, LangFuse, and AWS Bedrock, from architecture through production deployment and monitoring.
Drive platform architecture. Set the technical direction for the CX backend (services, data pipelines, API patterns) with an eye for scalability, reliability, and developer experience.
Own core data foundations. Design resilient data-access patterns across Snowflake, Elasticsearch, Kafka, Redis, and MySQL; keep pipelines fast, fresh, and reliable.
Mentor and elevate. Help engineers across the CX group grow in backend craft, AI engineering, and system design thinking.
Collaborate cross-functionally. Work with product, design, and customer-facing teams to turn ambiguous problems into well-scoped, high-quality solutions.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Develop and own end-to-end features across the entire stack, from backend services to frontend interfaces.
Design and implement distributed backend systems that handle massive volumes of security data in real-time.
Build modern, responsive, and accessible user interfaces using React, TypeScript, Remix, Tailwind, and Shadcn.
Architect and maintain robust APIs and data contracts between the frontend and backend.
Collaborate with product, design, and security experts to deliver impactful user facing features.
Ensure high code quality by writing comprehensive unit, integration, and E2E tests using tools like Vitest, Playwright, and React Testing Library, as well as backend testing tools
Optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability on both ends of the stack.
Take part in critical architectural discussions and influence the technical direction of the platform.

We are looking for a motivated SRE Intern to join our Site Reliability Engineering team in a part-time capacity. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience operating large-scale, multi-cloud production infrastructure that powers a real cybersecurity product. You'll work alongside experienced SREs on the systems and automation that keep our platform reliable, observable, and secure.
Responsibilities:
Help build and maintain automation and tooling that improve the reliability and operability of our production environments
Work with Kubernetes and multi-cloud infrastructure (AWS / GCP / others) under the guidance of senior engineers
Contribute to our observability stack - dashboards, alerts, and monitoring - to help us detect and understand issues faster

You'll work closely with three cross-functional development teams - shaping the backend architecture, driving engineering standards, and making sure we're building for scale, reliability, and long-term maintainability.

Responsibilities
Own the backend architecture across all product domains - define patterns, set standards, and ensure consistency across teams.
Lead architectural decisions from ideation through implementation, including design reviews and hands-on involvement when it matters.
Be the go-to technical authority for backend engineers across three teams.
Identify technical debt, scalability risks, and performance bottlenecks - and drive the roadmap to address them.
Partner with team leads to elevate engineering practices: code quality, testing, CI/CD etc.
Collaborate with product and R&D leadership to align technical strategy with business goals.
