We are looking for a Senior Security Product Manager to drive the strategy, development, and growth of our product, shaping how security teams automate and scale their security operations across the enterprise.

This is a strategic product role at the center of our growth. You will define the product vision, translate deep security domain knowledge into scalable product capabilities, and partner across Engineering, R&D, GTM, and Customer Success to deliver exceptional outcomes. Translate security expertise into product - Draw on your security domain knowledge to deeply understand how security teams operate, and shape features that solve real operational challenges at scale.
Drive end-to-end product development - Lead initiatives from discovery through design, development, release, and iteration - including full product launches in close partnership with GTM.
Go-to-market execution - Partner with GTM to plan and execute product launches end-to-end: develop positioning, messaging, sales enablement, and launch plans that land with security practitioners and buyers alike.
Engage directly with customers - Work with enterprise customers and internal teams to understand security architectures, workflows, and unmet needs.
Own product specifications - Write clear, rigorous technical and product requirements that guide engineering and ensure high-quality delivery.
Leverage AI throughout your workflow - Use AI tools to accelerate research, synthesis, spec writing, and decision-making - and bring that same AI-first thinking to every product initiative you lead.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Agentic Search team, building the search and retrieval infrastructure that powers AI agents and LLM-based applications at scale.

This is a hands-on IC role with real ownership. You will take full end-to-end responsibility over a core product area, from defining strategy through shipping and iterating based on real usage data. You will work within a small PM team reporting to the Director of Product, alongside engineering, design, and go-to-market, shaping how AI agents discover, retrieve, and act on web information in real time.

The product serves both a developer-facing PLG motion and a growing enterprise customer base, so you will need to be equally comfortable digging into API design and search quality as you are running customer discovery calls and informing competitive positioning. We are looking for someone who can operate as a senior strategic partner, not just an executor, and who has the potential to grow into a principal-level PM over time.

Your responsibilities will include:

Own a core product area end-to-end: strategy, roadmap, execution, and iteration based on real usage signals and customer feedback.
Drive search quality and relevance improvements by working closely with engineering and research to define evaluation frameworks, benchmarks, and release criteria.
Engage directly with enterprise customers and developer users to validate ideas, understand pain points, and shape product-market fit across both PLG and enterprise motions.
Monitor the competitive landscape in agentic search and AI-powered retrieval, identifying shifts, threats, and opportunities that should inform product decisions.
Collaborate with go-to-market teams (sales, solutions, growth) to ensure product positioning, ICP definitions, and enablement materials reflect product reality.
Contribute to product strategy as a senior voice on a small, high-impact team, challenging assumptions and bringing independent judgment to key decisions.
Lead product experiments and rapid iteration cycles, moving from hypothesis to prototype to production with clear success criteria.

As a PM, you'll own a pillar end-to-end alongside your team of engineers and designers. You'll build and evolve it as a standalone value stream and as a connected part of the broader platform. PMs are full picture owners: they shape the story of their pillar from market positioning to technical enablement, defining success not just by what gets shipped, but by the measurable impact it delivers.

What you'll do

Define what to build and why. Go deep with customers, analyze usage data, and research the competitive landscape. Bring that view to your team, build a sharp perspective on what's worth building next, and communicate the reasoning to engineering, leadership, and the market.
Shape experiences engineers choose to use. Ports developer experience spans the entire ecosystem across the UI, API, CLI, and daily chat and coding interfaces. Work closely with design and engineering to make each surface deliberate, from the first wireframe through launch.
Drive cross-functional impact. At Port, PMs don't hand off and wait. You work across engineering, design, marketing, sales, and CS throughout the full product cycle, accountable for picking the right problem, the solution built, and whether the launch lands.
Build for agents and developers. Port is the context and action layer for both. Shape your domain so agents can act on it reliably and developers can navigate it intuitively. Understand the tradeoffs in how data, APIs, and interfaces serve both. Separate the signal from the hype, and use that view to sharpen your roadmap.
Measure what matters. Define success metrics before you ship. Track adoption, analyze what's landing, and iterate until the outcome is real.

We are looking for a highly motivated Product Operations Manager with an AI-first mindset to build and run the operating system of product team.

This isn't a coordination role. It's a builder role with a people layer. The person who thrives here is equally comfortable designing a workflow with an AI agent in the morning and facilitating a cross-functional planning session in the afternoon.



What will you be doing?

Build and evolve the operating system for product organization: AI assistant, agentic workflows, and automated processes that replace manual work.
Ensure data flows to the right teams at the right time: work with analytics, CRM, and feedback functions to eliminate gaps and surface insights automatically.
Run planning and execution operations: support quarterly and iteration planning, monitor delivery health, maintain KPI registries, and facilitate retrospectives.
