Requirements:
At least 5 years of previous experience working in a similar role such as Escalation Engineer, Professional Services Engineer, or Technical Support Engineer (Tier-4).
Highly technical Software and System Engineering experience with a proven track record of debugging and troubleshooting complex technical issues.
Strong Networking background i.e. hands on experience with variety of networking protocols.
Hands-on Linux Administration experience, such as troubleshooting performance issues, analyzing network traffic, and being able to guide others in similar tasks.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, GCP, Azure).
Deep familiarity with Containers and Container Orchestration Frameworks (like Docker and Kubernetes), understanding advanced features and capabilities as well as the ability to debug such environments.
Nice to have technical and architectural knowledge in Security.
Excellent customer awareness and service oriented approach, including the ability to represent the company and provide clear and concise messaging during customer interactions.
Automation/Programing approach (preferably someone who has worked as an Automation/ Software Engineer in previous positions).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).

Requirements:
Education: An Academic Degree or Practical Engineer diploma (Handasai) in IT, Technology, or Industrial Engineering & Management AND at least 4 years of experience as a System Specialist in a large enterprise. OR Graduate of relevant professional IT/System courses (minimum 600 cumulative hours) AND at least 6 years of experience as a System Specialist in a large enterprise. ?OR At least 8 years of hands-on experience as a System Specialist in a large enterprise. Technical Experience Requirements:
* Minimum 4 years of proven experience in a large organization (1,000+ employees) managing Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and GPO environments.
* Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience writing complex PowerShell scripts for automation and infrastructure management.
* Minimum 4 years of experience with SCCM and Microsoft Intune (including software deployment, patch management, and configuration).
* Minimum 4 years of proven experience with VMware Horizon VDI environments (including hands-on management, maintenance, and support utilizing App Volumes and DEM
* Minimum 4 years of experience independently leading infrastructure projects (implementations, upgrades, or migrations).
* Good understanding of Azure AD and hybrid cloud solutions.

Requirements:
If you have:
At least 7 years of experience in IT Infrastructure
At least 5 years of experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting UNIX /Linux-based environments
At least 5 years of experience as Windows Sys admin
At least 3 years of experience in the infrastructure and management of Microsoft Active Directory, MS Exchange, DHCP/DNS servers, SQL Server, IIS and Group Policy
Solid experience in the administration and performance tuning of application stacks (e.g., Tomcat, JBoss, Apache, Ruby and NGINX) and Linux-based applications (Web Servers, Databases, proxies, etc.)
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Ansible for automation tasks
Solid networking knowledge (OSI network layers and TCP/IP)
Experience in mobile device management solutions
Experience in Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and identity management solutions
Experience in data security products (Microsoft security/third-party applications)
Experience in managing enterprise backup platforms and Virtual Environment (VMWare)
Experience in high-availability design (failover systems and data replication)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently
Team-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills
Ability to self-learn new subjects or systems
It would be great if you also have:
Professional certification in Linux, Microsoft, and/or AWS technologies (e.g., MCSE/MCSA, RHCE, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator)
Experience in various open source systems (Linux systems)
Experience with containerization (e.g., Docker, K8S)
Experience with monitoring systems (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix, CloudWatch)
Experience in managing storage Platforms (NetApp/Dell/HPE)
Experience designing, deploying, and managing infrastructure in AWS (Amazon Web Services)
Practical experience in CyberArk, SCCM, Jamf.

Requirements:
● At least overall 10 years of experience in multidisciplinary systems development, and in systems engineering/project management.
● At least 5 years of experience managing a team of Systems Engineers and V&V Engineers.
● Proven ability and experience in direct people management and leading development processes in a matrix environment.
● Experience with multidisciplinary products (mechanics, electronics, software, communication, motion, computer vision, machine learning, etc.) - must.
● Familiarity with Lean development methodology and processes is a strong advantage
● Bachelor's degree in electrical (preferred) or mechanical engineering - required, Master's degree - an advantage
● Ability to learn quickly and analyze complex topics.
● At least two years working in a start-up/product company.
● Teamwork, creativity, problem-solving, and analytical thinking skills.
● Ability to work as part of a team and motivate employees and colleagues.
