We are looking for a Hardware Team Lead to own our electrical hardware from the first rough prototype all the way to a product that holds up in the field. You will lead a team of hardware engineers who work across most of what we build: board design and hands-on investigation, ultra-sensitive sensors, power circuits for our transmitters, RF and noise-sensitive systems, high-speed digital and communication, ADCs, DACs, and more.
We move fast, and that is a big part of the fun here. Quick prototypes and rough bring-ups are how we learn. What you'll be doing
Agent architecture: Design the evolution from today's production single-agent system to a multi-agent one: orchestration, task decomposition, runtime and framework choices, and a migration path that does not break what design partners already rely on.
Agent capability: Own the prompts, context, skills, and tool design that make the agent genuinely good at detection engineering across multiple security platforms, not just plausible-sounding.
Evaluation platform: Build the harnesses, judges, and golden datasets that turn "the agent feels better" into a number, plus the CI gates that keep regressions from shipping.

You will be responsible for controlling and improving the quality of our hardware products through technical leadership, data-driven insights, and global production support. This role requires deep expertise in electronics systems, failure methodologies, production process control, and proven leadership capabilities across multiple geographies.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of failure analysis engineers while providing technical guidance on complex hardware issues.
Drive continuous improvement of quality KPIs through root cause analysis (RCA), statistical analysis, and yield optimization across all products.
Establish and implement standardized failure analysis methodologies, debug protocols, and quality control processes across global production sites.
Serve as the technical focal point for product design and functionality, supporting the team across RF, embedded, FPGA, high-speed communication, and mixed-signal systems.
