Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL- advantage), and ability to design efficient schemas and write optimized queries.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Low-level understanding of network protocols and Windows internals- advantage.
Experience with cloud services (GCP/AWS/Azure)- advantage.

Requirements:
5+ years of building SaaS applications, preferably in a service-oriented architecture
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
Expertise in modern web development frameworks, C#, Java, or equivalent.
Experience in writing optimized SQL and working against various different datastores.
Demonstrated success with scalable web applications or messaging systems
Experience with web security is a plus.

Requirements:
5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience building production-grade backend services, APIs, or AI-powered systems.
Proven production experience with multi-agent AI systems: deployment, tracing, guardrails, hardening, and incident management.
Hands-on experience with agentic frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, Google ADK, AutoGen, or equivalent.
Experience building and running evaluation pipelines for agentic solutions - including trajectory tracing, ground truth validation, and harshness/quality scoring.
Strong Python proficiency: comfortable building scalable backend services using gRPC and REST APIs.

Practical experience with RAG pipelines, LLM API integration, structured outputs, and tool calling in production environments including building and serving MCP servers at scale.
Working knowledge of SQL and/or NoSQL databases, schema design, and query optimization.
Strong debugging skills across application logic, APIs, data, and AI agent behavior.
Strong communication skills and a bias toward ownership and delivery.
Nice to Have:

Requirements:
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience working as a Backend Developer
Proven expertise in AI Vibe Coding and a strong interest in developing AI-driven developer tools.
Strong proficiency in one or more of the following languages: Python, Golang, TypeScript, or .NET.
Experience building and maintaining live, high-scale cloud production systems, preferably on a major cloud provider like GCP.
A strong technical background; independent and self-motivated, with excellent problem-solving skills.
A deep passion for enhancing the developer experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in developing IDE plugins.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience.

Requirements:
Your Experience
7+ years of experience in backend development with Python, Go, Node.js, or Java (Python is an advantage).
3+ years of experience in a cloud environment (AWS preferred) with a deep understanding of SaaS concepts.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field, or equivalent experience from an elite IDF technology unit.
Comfortable with all aspects of the agile development lifecycle: architecture, design, testing, automation, and production support.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in enterprise-scale application development in a cloud/SaaS environment, preferably using AWS serverless stack, CDK, and Python.
A proactive nature, a drive for constant improvement, and a keen sense of ownership.
