As a Marketing Communications Manager on the Global Marketing Communications & Brand team in our Tel Aviv office, you will be the bridge between strategic messaging and world-class execution, ensuring our brand resonates across global markets.
Youll lead high-impact campaigns from idea to execution, working across multiple marketing functions and global stakeholders. This is an opportunity to influence how a fast-growing global brand shows up in the market, collaborate with talented cross-functional teams, and help bring complex product stories to life through compelling marketing experiences.
Requirements: 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing roles, preferably within the SaaS environment
3+ years of experience in an Advertising or Creative Agency as an Account Manager or in a Creative role (You know how to manage creative workflows and speak the language of The Brief)
Proven experience working within a global organization with over 200 employees, managing stakeholders across different time zones and cultures (preferably handled global customers)
Strong project management capabilities and organizational skills
Budget management: Proven experience managing global marketing budgets and vendor relationships
Experience with marketing automation (HubSpot) and CRM (Salesforce) lead flow processes
Communication: Native-level English communication skills, both written and verbal
Bonus points if you have:
Experience with tools like Monday.com / Jira.
How youll make an impact:
Campaign Orchestration: Plan and execute end-to-end global marketing campaigns, ensuring cohesive messaging across all regions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Content, Social, PR, Paid Media, SEO, Website, and Design teams.
Strategic Translation: Partner with Product Marketing Managers (PMM) to translate complex technical messaging into compelling marketing collateral and customer-facing narratives.
Project Leadership: Own the full project lifecycle from briefing to launch, managing timelines, budgets, and brand alignment.
Performance & Optimization: Track campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and optimize campaigns based on insights and business impact
Business Impact: Measure and communicate how marketing initiatives contribute to pipeline growth and revenue generation.
