7+ years of DevOps/SRE experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial capacity
Experience working with multiple external customers.
Strong knowledge of version control systems: Git and SVN.
Strong background in Linux systems administration (preferably RedHat 8).
Experience with Database applicative versioning
Experience with large, non-cloud-based systems
Proficiency in scripting languages (Python preferred).
Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
Experience managing production systems in a mission-critical environment.


Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the financial industry, especially low-latency trading systems.
Familiarity with RPM packaging and software delivery processes.
Hands-on experience with MariaDB/MySQL, including DBA-level management and tuning.
Experience with messaging systems (e.g., Solace), Solarflare network cards, and BigData tooling.
Background in optimizing C++ applications on Linux is a strong advantage.
Knowledge of security best practices on-prem environments .
Proven experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins, etc.).
Expertise in automation tools (Ansible preferred) and infrastructure scripting.
Experience writing internal technical documentation and release notes.
Deep understanding of container technologies, especially Docker.

Requirements:
B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar.
1-2 years of work experience as a DevOps Engineer.
Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies, particularly Kubernetes - advantage.
System Linux capabilities.
Proficiency in automation, scripting, and tool development (Python/bash - an advantage)
Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) tool experience in designing, extending, or integrating MCP-based workflows - a significant advantage.
Background in building or integrating AI agents into developer workflows or infrastructure automation pipelines - an advantage.
Highly motivated to improve processes with an innovative and out-of-the-box perspective.

Requirements:
2+ years of hands-on DevOps experience in public cloud environments.
* Hands-on experience with AWS and cloud infrastructure.
* Experience with designing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting highly available, secure, and cost-efficient cloud environments
* Experience developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines , including Build, Test, Deploy, and Release processes.
* Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) ; hands-on experience with Terraform – an advantage.
* Experience working with Docker and Kubernetes / EKS – an advantage.
* Experience with monitoring and centralized logging systems , including the collection and analysis of Logs, Metrics, and Events
* Experience connecting systems and applications to monitoring and logging platforms – an advantage.
* Experience building Dashboards, Alerts, and monitoring solutions based on operational and business requirements.
* Experience troubleshooting issues using monitoring and log data
* Experience developing scripts and automation processes to improve monitoring, infrastructure, and operational workflows.
* Experience supporting DevOps environments and development teams, including environment setup, permissions, deployments, and troubleshooting.
* Knowledge of DevSecOps principles and infrastructure security – an advantage.
* Experience with AWS IAM, Secrets Management, security services, and infrastructure hardening – an advantage.
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with Development, Infrastructure, DBA, Information Security, Networking, and Architecture teams Advantages: Terraform Kubernetes / EKS

Requirements:
B.Sc. in Physics, Mathematics, or Computer Science with a strong interest and experience in Computer Science or Software Engineering (M.Sc. - advantage).
2+ years of experience in C/C++/Python development.
Nice to have:
Experience with geometric algorithms.
Familiarity with Git and GitLab, backed by practical experience.
Experience developing deep learning algorithms in Python, including end-to-end pipeline implementation (data preparation, training, validation, and analysis).
Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch.
