As a Project Configuration Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Configuration of our product for clients' needs using our configuration system
Setup our Digital Twin for new projects into our system.
Solve technical configuration issues.
Work together with Project Managers and Customer Success to support the project and clients needs.
Ongoing project maintenance through the project life cycle.
Be part of creating the Teams tools and workflows internally and with the product/development team.

In this role you will be a part of the Buildots Construction Solution Team. That is the professional and technical backbone of Buildots Operations, responsible for creating and maintaining the Digital Twin framework for our clients.

This involves integrating client models, schedules, and construction methodologies with our proven workflows to create a digital twin that accurately represents how projects are built.

As a 4D Scheduling Specialist, you will :
Thoroughly understand our customers construction schedules / programmes as part of the design of the Digital twin.
Align activities in construction schedules / programmes to the construction activities tracked by us.
Work on a wide variety of different project types from around the world.
Provide ongoing project maintenance throughout the project's lifecycle.

We are looking for a talented Data Operations student to join our Data team!
In this role, you will play a vital role in monitoring system performance and ensuring smooth operations. You will be responsible for flagging and solving incidents, prioritizing issues, and collaborating with R&D, Delivery, and Customer Partner teams
The role includes, 2-3 shifts a week, including nights shifts & weekends.
Responsibilities:
Monitor system performance and operations to ensure they meet performance and availability standards.
Flag and solve urgent incidents, escalating complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
Prioritize incidents based on urgency and impact, ensuring timely resolution.
Collaborate with R&D, Delivery, and Customer Partner teams to address operational issues and improve processes.
Implement monitoring-related processes, such as on-Call playbooks and reports, to ensure consistency of service level and ensure SLAs are met.
Prepare and provide regular status updates and reports on system performance and incident management.
