Were building our Outbound Sales motion from the ground up, and were looking for a driven Outbound Account Executive to join us at this exciting stage.
This is a true greenfield opportunity-while Atera has achieved strong success through inbound channels, outbound represents a major growth engine with a huge untapped potential.
As part of this role, you will help define and shape our outbound strategy, build a pipeline, and open new markets and opportunities. You will report directly to the VP Sales, working closely with leadership to influence strategy, messaging, and execution.
You will sell a truly differentiated AI-powered product - Robin, among other groundbreaking products.
This role also includes traveling to industry events, conferences, and customer meetings to represent Atera and build relationships in key markets.

Responsibilities
Own and drive the full outbound sales cycle, from prospecting to closing and handoff to Customer Success.
Build and manage a strong outbound pipeline across target accounts and new market segments.
Identify, engage, and develop relationships with key decision-makers in IT organizations.
Act as a founding member of the outbound team, contributing to playbooks, messaging, and sales processes.
Represent Atera at events, conferences, and customer meetings (including travel).
Position Ateras AI capabilities, including Robin, as a key differentiator in solving customer challenges.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to refine targeting and improve conversion.
Provide feedback from the field to influence product development and go-to-market strategy.
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements: Native-level English (written and spoken) - must.
6+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, selling technical products - must.
Proven success in outbound sales/hunting roles - must.
Experience working toward and exceeding sales quotas - must.
Experience selling AI Native products or AI tools - advantage.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, build-from-scratch environment.
Experience with sales tools such as Salesforce, Gong, etc.
Strong communication, discovery, and closing skills.
Technical understanding of IT environments - advantage.
Team player with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
Willingness to travel for events and customer meetings.
Ability to work US hours (Monday-Friday).
Ability to work from our Tel Aviv office (hybrid, 3 days per week).
