This role is primarily focused on frontend development (using React and TypeScript), with the ability to take on backend tasks in Python as needed.

Your responsibilities will span from architectural design to implementation of complex, time-critical, microservices-based systems. You will provide technical leadership, leveraging event-driven architecture to handle large volumes of clinical data and power real-world clinical workflows.

As a senior member of the R&D team, you will contribute to core platform services and mentor other engineers, contribute to sprint planning and iteration design, ensuring a seamless experience from UI to backend systems while driving excellence in engineering practices.

Tech Stack
Frontend: React, TypeScript, and modern web frameworks.
Backend: Our services are primarily Python-based and leverage open-source technologies such as RabbitMQ, Redis, Elastic, and relational / NoSQL databases.

We continuously evolve our stack and adopt modern engineering practices - including AI-assisted development tools - to improve quality and velocity.

You will:
Build and maintain user-facing features using React and TypeScript

Requirements:

What will you actually be doing?
Designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies, including Node.js, React, TypeScript, JavaScript, and Python.
Leveraging AI-powered development tools such as Claude Code to accelerate development workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and improve code quality.
Leading server-side development using microservices architecture to ensure scalable and robust application performance.

Requirements:
What should you bring to the table?
Bachelors degree in CS/EE from a leading university.6+ years of experience with web technologies.
Proven track record as a Senior Full Stack Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful projects demonstrating technical leadership.
Deep experience with server-side development using Node.js.
Strong understanding and hands-on experience with web technologies, architecture, and design patterns.
Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor) to enhance productivity, generate and review code, and streamline engineering workflows.
High standards for code quality, testing, and performance, with experience establishing these standards for a team.
Proven experience working on large-scale codebases shared by multiple teams.
Solid understanding of web architecture, RESTful API design, and microservices.
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams.

We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer (Frontend Oriented) to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:
Design & Build modern, scalable frontend applications with React and TypeScript, delivering seamless user experiences for developers.
Develop & Maintain the design system closely with Product and UX, ensuring consistency, usability, and alignment with user needs.
Manage State at Scale using frameworks such as Redux, React Context, or React Query to support high-performance, complex applications.
Contribute Across the Stack with hands-on coding in Python and work on AWS cloud infrastructure where needed.
Collaborate closely with product, security, and backend teams to translate requirements into elegant and performant technical solutions.

What are we looking for?

Solid knowledge of cloud infrastructure such as AWS or GCP.
