We are looking for a data-driven Direct Marketing Manager to join our team at our offices in Karmiel.
In this role you will:
Build and refine audience segments to deliver the right message to the right audience.
Plan, build, and launch marketing campaigns end-to-end across channels.
Maintain ongoing communication with affiliate networks and help onboard new ones.
Manage campaign statistics, track KPIs, and turn raw data into actionable insights.
Continuously test and optimize email campaigns (subject lines, content, timing, deliverability) to maximize open rates, clicks, and conversions.
Analyze results and iterate to drive better performance and ROI across the funnel.
Requirements: An analytical mind - comfortable working with data, metrics, and A/B testing.
Creativity - the ability to generate fresh campaign ideas and compelling messaging.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
High level of English (written and verbal).
Availability to work on-site in Karmiel - full-time.
Familiarity with AI marketing/automation tools - an advantage.
Experience with email marketing, tracking, and analytics platforms - an advantage.
Experience in a high-volume, multi-market / multi-language environment - an advantage.
