We are looking for a Python Software Engineer with 4-6 years of experience to join our ATE Software team, which is critical to the company. You will be developing software for advanced LiDAR calibration, characterization, and mass-production systems. This is a hands-on role working closely with other software, hardware, optics, mechanics, and system engineers.
What youll do:
Design, develop, and maintain complex software for LiDAR calibration and production-line automation
Develop algorithms, automation solutions, user interfaces, and software infrastructure for complex production systems
Analyze failures, improve processes, and continuously enhance code quality and development practices
Contribute to software architecture, system design, testing, and documentation
Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver reliable, mission-critical systems
Requirements: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field - Must
4-6 years of proven software development experience after a B.Sc - Must
Strong programming skills in Python - Must
Experience developing software for complex systems; experience in a product or hardware-oriented company - strong advantage
Experience with full-stack development - advantage.
Experience with technologies such as React, Docker, Electron, REST APIs, MongoDB/MySQL, and distributed systems (e.g., RabbitMQ/Kafka) - advantage
Experience with Git and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins - advantage
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing requirements
Ability to perform effectively under pressure and take ownership in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
