Required User Acquisition Manager
Why is this role so important?
As a User Acquisition Manager, you will play a critical role in driving new customer growth through the strategic management and optimization of paid media channels. You will partner closely with Growth Marketing, Creative, Analytics, and Product teams to execute full-funnel acquisition strategies that align directly with our business objectives.
In this role, you will be accountable for managing campaign budgets and optimizing cost-efficiency metrics like CAC and ROAS, ensuring that every marketing dollar contributes to scalable, high-quality user growth.
So, what will you be doing all day?
Plan and Execute Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, and other emerging platforms to achieve monthly acquisition targets
Budget & Performance Management: Manage budget allocation and pacing to meet acquisition targets while continuously monitoring key metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CAC) to implement optimizations
Creative Strategy: Partner with Creative and Web teams to develop and test creative assets and landing pages, maximizing conversion rates through data-driven experimentation
Testing & Optimization: Conduct A/B testing on audiences, creatives, and bidding strategies to improve performance and efficiency
Data & Attribution: Collaborate with the Analytics team to ensure proper tracking, attribution, and reporting accuracy across all UA channels (using tools like GA4, Appsflyer, and data)
Strategic Reporting: Deliver data-driven insights and present weekly and monthly performance reports to management to inform campaign optimization and cross-functional growth initiatives.
Requirements:
Has a minimum of 2 years of experience managing paid media campaigns in a B2B or B2C environment
Possesses hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and YouTube, along with a working knowledge of campaign setup and optimization
Is proficient in GA4, Excel/Sheets, and reporting dashboards, with a strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals and performance marketing KPIs
Has excellent analytical skills with the ability to draw actionable insights from campaign data and attention to detail
Is a strong communicator (fluent in English) who can work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Is curious and proactive, always looking to test new channels, tactics, and creative approaches to drive results
Demonstrates ownership by taking accountability for campaign performance and proactively seeking improvement opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Manage and grow post-sale client relationships of auction ads offerings by monitoring and analyzing ad campaigns, and proactively take initiative to improve results.
- Proficient in campaign management, setting up and optimization.
- Analyze campaign performance data to offer clients data-driven business insights, at the same time use those insights to improve our advertising offerings.
- Establish long-term relationships with key clients and make sure their business needs are taken care of by cross-functional team.
- Drive education on product and company updates, and share company best practices as relevant to clients or agencies' business.
- Share marketplace feedback and guide our advertising strategy;
- Conduct regular business reviews and take a consultative, long-term approach to build productive relationships with clients, in collaboration with the sales team;
- Investigate and work directly with product & engineering teams to help them troubleshoot client issues during a campaign.
- Responsible for improvement of product feature adoption and consistently drive the product improvement from market feedback.
- Be instrumental in the external narrative of our company in the market.
- Collaborate cross functionally to ensure improvement for product, process and client relationships.
- Analyze campaign performance to constantly give feedback on optimised media solutions.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in client facing roles, at least 2 years of experience in account management/client service roles in digital marketing.
- Experience in media buying / user acquisition positions focused on performance marketing and a track record of achieving and exceeding revenue goals.
- Experience working on app promotion and/or MMPs (Mobile Measurement Partner's).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Deep knowledge of digital advertising platforms and ecosystems with performance media buying and attribution models.
- Ability to analyze data and identify insights to assess campaign performance. In general, excellent data analytical skills in excel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a global company.
- Experience working in export marketing.
- BA/BS degree or above.
- Understanding of brand marketing is a plus.
- Self-starter, fast learner with a start-up spirit.
- Direct to Consumer experience is an advantage.
