What You'll Do
As a Senior Backend Engineer on our Core Platform team, you will:

What Will You Do?
Primary responsibilities include:

Set the standard for high availability and resilience in customer-controlled deployments: clustering, replication, failover, consensus/leader election, and graceful degradation across single-node and multi-node topologies, and drive infrastructure cost analysis and optimization.
Define scalability and capacity-planning strategies that hold across a wide range of customer scale and hardware, and establish frameworks for performance, observability, and operational excellence in constrained and air-gapped environments.
Lead the translation of SaaS/cloud-native capabilities into on-prem architecture, refine vaguely specified complex requirements into robust, future-proof end-to-end designs, and define coding patterns and standards that span multiple teams.
Influence the engineering roadmap, drive medium-to-large initiatives that span teams, mentor staff and senior engineers, and act as a cross-team technical authority sought out to review the work of others.

Requirements:
Ideal candidates will have:
A degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, or equivalent experience, with roughly 8+ years of related experience and deep hands-on expertise in Go and/or Python across technologies such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Kafka, Docker, and Linux.
Extensive, proven experience designing and delivering on-prem / self-hosted / customer-deployed software, including packaging and lifecycle for customer-controlled environments (appliance/OVA, bare-metal or containerized deployments, upgrades, and air-gapped or restricted networks).

Principal/ Senior Software Engineer - Identity Security

we are looking for a seasoned and accomplished Software Engineer to join the Identity Security organization. Identity is the new perimeter, being the leading attack vector in modern breaches. You will be part of the Identities Team, a group of talented engineers dedicated to solving the complex problem of securing identities across hybrid and SaaS landscapes.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Strategic Vision: Contribute to and execute the long-term roadmap for our Identity solutions, ensuring our tech stack evolves alongside industry best practices and global business goals.
Lead Innovation: Research and develop cutting-edge technologies to solve the "Identity Perimeter" problem, turning complex security research into tangible product features.
Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and implement robust, secure architectures capable of managing identities across fragmented SaaS and on-premise ecosystems at enterprise scale.

Requirements:
Required Qualifications
7+ years of hands-on experience in Software Engineering
Experience with modern backend technologies.
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Software and Computer Engineering, or equivalent military experience
Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools (Gemini, Claude) to accelerate the software development lifecycle, including code generation, debugging, and unit test creation
Experience in building and managing distributed cloud-based SaaS applications
Deep understanding of cloud-native technologies like Kubernetes, Docker, Microservices architecture, and Public Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure)
Experienced with monitoring, profiling and enhancing system performance
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency in Go / Python.
Familiarity with Graph Databases (e.g., Neo4j, Neptune, ArangoDB) is an advantage
Identity Knowledge: Deep understanding of Identity concepts (Users, Groups, Roles, Permissions)
Domain Expertise: Experience in Cybersecurity, specifically in domains like IAM (Identity and Access Management), CIEM (Cloud Infrastructure Entitlement Management), SSPM (SaaS Security Posture Management), or ITDR (Identity threat detection response).

Senior Software Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Sensors Team and play a key role in the development of our Endpoint Sensor (Agent) platform. This is a hands-on senior position with strong technical ownership, focused on designing, building, and maintaining high-performance endpoint sensors across multiple operating systems.
In this role, you will work closely with sensor, analysis, and platform teams to ensure reliable, efficient, and scalable data collection in highly complex and demanding customer environments. The position requires deep systems knowledge, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to influence technical direction through technical expertise.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, implement, and maintain endpoint sensors on Windows, macOS, and multiple Linux distributions, including installation processes and shared APIs
Take technical ownership of key components within the endpoint sensor stack, ensuring high performance, reliability, and low resource footprint
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to define APIs, schemas, and data flows, ensuring data accuracy, availability, and correctness across the system
Participate in architectural and design discussions, contributing to technical decisions and long-term system evolution
Identify and implement improvements across the system, from core business logic to new data sources and monitoring capabilities
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to sensor deployment, behavior, and performance across different operating systems and environments
Maintain high engineering standards, including code quality, testing, documentation, and maintainability, while working within an agile development process.

Requirements:
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
5+ years of hands-on experience developing in C#
Strong experience designing, implementing, and maintaining software for Windows and Linux environments
Experience working with source control systems, specifically GitHub
Experience working with client-server architecture
Experience working in microservices architectures
Proven ability to identify, analyze, and troubleshoot complex technical issues
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
ADVANTAGE
Experience developing for macOS
Experience with Python and/or Bash
Experience in Endpoint, Embedded, Systems, or Low-Level Software Engineering, or a related field
Experience developing in C and/or C++
Experience working with tools and automation frameworks
Experience with GitHub Pipelines / CI workflows
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases
Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies
