As a Post Sale DevOps Architect you will...
Responsible for the detailed design of our related projects from inception through production support and the creation of the customer statement of work (SOW) and detailed documentation

we are currently seeking a Technical Architect to join our Professional Services team within the Customer Success Group (CSG). The Technical Architect serves as a strategic advisor and our company product and platform expert to the companys largest, most complex enterprise customers.
Technical Architects are highly effective interacting across technical and business resources from the developer level through mid-management and above and are therefore a trusted advisor for business and technology collaborators.
