We are looking for an exceptional Scientific Director, Physics to lead our Physics organization and help shape the scientific foundation behind our company's next generation of product innovation.
In this highly visible leadership role, you will lead a team of physicists working at the intersection of physics, biology, engineering, and clinical science to advance our Tumor Treating Fields (TTFields) technology. As a member of the Product Development Leadership Team, you will provide scientific direction, develop organizational capabilities, and help solve complex multidisciplinary challenges that drive innovation from early discovery through clinical application.
This role requires both scientific depth and leadership excellence. You will build and develop a high-performing team, foster a hypothesis-driven approach to scientific problem solving, and influence strategic decisions across Product Development, Preclinical Research, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Clinical teams.
Success in this role means building a world-class physics organization, strengthening scientific capabilities, driving meaningful innovation, and translating complex scientific questions into practical solutions that accelerate product development and improve outcomes for patients.
This is a full-time position based at our R&D center in Haifa, Israel, reporting to the Global Head of Product Development.
What you will do
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 10-15 physicists focused on product innovation, biophysics, modeling, and experimental physics
Serve as a key member of the Product Development Leadership Team, providing scientific leadership across product innovation initiatives
Partner closely with Product Innovation, Preclinical Research, Clinical, Medical Affairs, Publications, and other cross-functional teams to solve multidisciplinary scientific and technical challenges
Define and advance the scientific and modeling framework that supports product innovation, translational research, and clinical development
Apply deep scientific expertise to guide multiple initiatives spanning device physics, biology, and clinical applications
Build new organizational capabilities by developing internal talent and leveraging external scientific expertise when needed
Promote and model a hypothesis-driven scientific approach to problem solving and decision-making
Support scientific publications, patent development, regulatory submissions, and external research collaborations
Deliver internal and external scientific training on the physics of Tumor Treating Fields (TTFields), as needed.

Responsibilities
Plan the verification of digital design blocks by fully understanding the design specification and interacting with design engineers to identify important verification scenarios.
Create and enhance constrained-random verification environments using SystemVerilog and Universal Verification Methodology (UVM), or formally verify designs with SystemVerilog Assertions (SVA) and industry leading formal tools.
Identify and write all types of coverage measures for corner-cases.
Debug tests with design engineers to deliver functionally correct design blocks.
Close coverage measures to identify verification holes and to show progress towards tape-out.

we are looking for a Staff Systems Engineer.
As a Staff Systems Engineer, you will be a critical contributor on our Electrophysiology Systems Engineering team focused on delivering the future in Advanced Imaging. This role will involve a range of responsibilities including but not limited to collaborating and leading teams in the strategy, development and analysis of system architecture, system performance and system integration for our next generation products including various imaging modalities such as echocardiography, CT, MRI, and 3D cardiac mapping. In this role you will be a key member of product development team to bring systems from concept to launch.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Define and influence, and drive execution of technical strategy for system-level programs while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders on business strategy and product roadmaps.
Utilize multidisciplinary engineering knowledge and experience to design, develop, and troubleshoot new products specific to cardiac mapping and advanced imaging.
Provide system engineering leadership and take ownership for overall project success for new products and features from concept phase through launch.

Provide tools, set the environment and create automation to silicon engineering (SiEng) teams, collaborate with Test, Product, quality and reliability (Q&R) and system-level test (SLT) teams.
Create smooth and effective ways to manage silicon engineering (SiEng) datastream to and from suppliers and internally, between different platforms, while optimizing formats and datalogs, convert per need.
Verify test solutions on pre-silicon models (simulation or emulation) and support Automated Test Equipment (ATE) test development setup and environment.
Develop test method for ATE platforms.
Provide pre and post silicon dashboards and indicators that will reflect the status, demonstrate progress and point on the gaps.
