The Product Architect is a senior individual contributor who owns product work end-to-end - from the earliest discovery conversation through prototype, technical validation, and customer rollout. You are not waiting for specs to land on your desk. You generate and drive it forward.

What You Will Do

Product Initiation - Drive new initiatives from day zero into clear requirements: discovery, competitive analysis, problem definition, and MVP scoping.
Product Prototype Development - Build proof-of-concepts that validate product direction and give R&D a working baseline to build from, reducing time to implementation.
Feature Ownership - Own your features end-to-end through R&D execution tracking until the feature ships.
Customer Engagement - Work directly with both prospects and existing customers. Support POCs, run product discovery sessions, and translate what you learn into product recommendations.
Quality Loop - Close the loop on shipped features. Work with customers and internal stakeholders to assess real-world performance and drive improvements.

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our Product team and lead major parts of SaaS Security platform, with a growing focus on securing AI capabilities embedded in SaaS applications.In this role, you will design, define, and deliver core product features, working closely with engineering, sales, and marketing.

Responsibilities:
Define and prioritize product features and capabilities, including security and governance for AI features within SaaS applications
Lead discovery for new product initiatives, focusing on risks and attack surfaces introduced by AI adoption in SaaS environments
Create clear product requirement documents (PRDs / FRDs) and manage the product backlog
Work closely with engineering teams to ensure delivery aligns with the product roadmap and customer needs
Conduct market research and customer conversations to understand how AI is being used in SaaS and the resulting security challenges
Collaborate with sales and marketing on product launches, messaging, and enablement.
Monitor competitors and market trends across SaaS Security, AI Security, and identity-related domains
Balance quarterly planning with the flexibility to rapidly adjust priorities in a fast-changing market

Define and execute product strategy - Own the roadmap for your product areas, balancing near-term customer needs with long-term vision. Think big, plan strategically, and dive deep into the details to ensure flawless execution.
Translate security expertise into product - Draw on your security domain knowledge to deeply understand how security teams operate, and shape features that solve real operational challenges at scale.
Drive end-to-end product development - Lead initiatives from discovery through design, development, release, and iteration - including full product launches in close partnership with GTM.
Go-to-market execution - Partner with GTM to plan and execute product launches end-to-end: develop positioning, messaging, sales enablement, and launch plans that land with security practitioners and buyers alike.
Engage directly with customers - Work with enterprise customers and internal teams to understand security architectures, workflows, and unmet needs.
Own product specifications - Write clear, rigorous technical and product requirements that guide engineering and ensure high-quality delivery.
Leverage AI throughout your workflow - Use AI tools to accelerate research, synthesis, spec writing, and decision-making - and bring that same AI-first thinking to every product initiative you lead.

As a Senior Product Manager, you'll have end-to-end ownership of the product, user experience, design, and technology required to deliver state-of-the-art experiences for our customers. Key job responsibilities
- Lead the vision, definition, and delivery of personalized shopping experiences that drive customer engagement, loyalty, and revenue growth.
- Partner with engineering and science teams to define the technical roadmap - making informed tradeoffs between model complexity, system constraints, and customer impact.
- Design and run experiments at scale to validate hypotheses, measure incremental value, and iterate rapidly based on data.
- Work backwards from customers - using behavioral signals, feedback loops, and quantitative analysis to continuously refine what we build.
- Monitor KPIs and conduct rigorous analysis to measure impact, identify opportunities, and drive continuous optimization.
- Influence product strategy across the broader Personalization portfolio, communicating effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
